Zombie High! Survival RP (Started)

"Oh god, the story!" Adries yelled, slumping back into her seat, "It's a bunch of crazy ass shit. We chilled at the school for a bit, went out to get supplies. I got shot by some loons that we killed. Fought a giant bird monster zombie. Crashed in gun store and grabbed a few goodies, headed back to school. Slept. Then we went out and picked up my brother Alan there, and then we went to Lisa's house where we met her ***** of a sister. Ummmm...oh! Then we got into this big fight, afterwards we headed to the police station that was completely fucking destroyed.

"After that we had another monster thing to fight! This one was like, Magmar mixed with Abra os something like that. Then we went back to school...then I think Alan was kidnapped, right?" she asked Alan who nodded in reply.
"Right, so! Lisa and I went to my family's cabin house where we picked up my uncle who is currently at the station. Alan joined us once he escaped or something and then he got kidnapped again, this time by Christie and Jacobs' squad thing. Then we try a rescue mission and some crazy ass stuff happens. And I think Alan gets kidnapped again an- Alan don't pout like that. Everyone has to be known for something, and you're just the guy that gets kidnapped. Deal with it!"

"Alright, almost done! So like, then we joined the military group but then Mr. Fletcher turned all Wesker on us and everything got destroyed. The end," Adries ended gleefully, happy that it was over.

"It all sounds so surreal now that you mention it...And now, we just need to work out what to do next." Lisa sighed, the events all running in her head, remembering the few good moments and the rest of the bad.

Carver starred at Adries for a moment. "Hmmmm......So you got shot.... and the old neighborhood went to crap.....Thats about all I got from it...." Then he looked around the inside of the APC taking stock of the inside of it for the first time since he got in. "... and Fletcher has gone sour.... There is probably some poetic irony in there somewhere..."

"Yeah that's basically what happened. Fun, fun stuff," Adries replied, "And now you're going to be here with us for the next couple of adventures!"

"That gas station was probably safer then staying with us," Alan said grimly getting a nod from everyone.
"Well, we're not that bad of luck. I mean...well...you're right," Adries said.
"I have a place I'd like to go to," Alan said to Lisa in response to her question.
"Ohhh, where?" Adries asked excitedly.
"I'm not going to say anything right now," Alan replied, looking Adries in the eyes then looking over at JD.
"Wha? Oh, okay," Adries said after figuring out what he was implying.

Carver followed the looks Adries and Alan exchanged.
"What do you all have in mind?"

"We'll talk about it in a while. There are other people at the station. We should all be together to discuss it." Lisa said quickly to Carver, getting the gist of what Adries and Alan meant.

"We'll be there in only a few minutes," Jacobs told everyone as he exited from the highway and continued to the station.

"Can't wait until we leave that station," Adries said to everyone, "Especially with how cramped it's going to be. There is always room on the roof but that wasn't really comfy at all."

"I'm cool with sleeping on the floor again. It wasn't that bad, and there should be enough room for more people. Christie can still sleep in the woods. At least that's not a problem." Lisa chuckled.

"I'm sleeping with Lisa. I can keep her warm with my body heat." JD says half-jokingly.

Unnoticeably, the black veins around JD's "Black Eye" were starting to slowly slither over to his right eye.

Carver looked at the floor, a smile on his face. "I just need sleep after today. Anybody is welcome to my body heat if they dont mind getting rolled on." He said chuckling. He had a nasty habit of tossing and turning in his sleep but had been told that he made a great pillow when he was still.

"Sleep with Adries!" JD said in between laughs and nudging Carver.

"I'm sure she could use some company." He finished, turning his attention back to the window.

Mr. Fletcher's words still rang in JD's mind.

"Sorry, if I can't agree with you sir, but when you've dreamed of killing zombies one day, it's hard to agree with one." He said to the former teacher.

"I understand, believe me, my decision to become a zombie was not one I made lightly. You were not even given that choice, as so many others, but you are different. I don't like to control the zombies, but I must if they are to be kept from going completely feral as you just saw. Those were zombies I wasn't paying attention to, and they reverted. The special infected are another matter, as even at your worst you can still think. None of the special infected are under my control, they choose to follow me. I give you that same choice, and while I can't shut down our link, I can ignore it entirely. As of right now, my offer to you from earlier still stands. Any time you wish, you just need to be honest and tell me I can trust you, and you shall know." Jack replied calmly. He still had a leaper and Christie who could watch and report reliable information. From the sound of things though, it seemed he may be able to contact Christie far more then he originally planned.

Carver, though slightly taken aback with JD's comment, took little notice of it. He looked out the window of the APC. "How much further?"

Alan glared at JD after his little joke, getting made fun of by his sister for it.
"Is that jealousy I see? From Alan? Didn't know it was possible," Adries mocked, "Urgh, big caveman must claim his woman. Hah."
"Adries I'm going to kick your ass," Alan replied back, reddening slightly.
"I'm pretty sure you have, remember? Like when I was five and we were playing tag and then you slammed the door in my face? Or that one time where we were playing 'living room football' and I scored so you threw the ball at my face? And don't even get me started around the holidays!" Adries replied back.

"Hate to cut this little talk but we're here!" Jacobs said out loud as they parked next to the station.

Carver only gave Alan a firm pat on the back. "Dont worry kid, you sister isnt my type." he said in a somewhat disgruntled manner with a slight tone reprimand in it.
He didnt mean any demean or offense of this, it was just that he had a history of relationships that either didnt go anywhere or got progressively worse for him. Towards that end, he gave up on casual dating and trying to find somebody, in favor of just letting things happen on their own.

This played an interesting part in his personality. Most of his friends looked at him as a big brother. If a girl in a circle of friends went out with a guy he didnt know, they would all be keeping close tabs on them. He even jokingly made up a "MACs qualifications list for dating his friends". It was all in good humor, but reflected on his caring nature.

He slung his bag over his shoulder and looked at his surroundings.

"Kid?" Alan asked angrily, about to go on a tangent before Adries stopped him.
"Chill bro. And Mac, he wasn't necessarily mad about what you said. He knows I can fend for myself," she explained, looking at them both before saying 'Men!' exasperatedly.
"Whatever. Hey, you and Lisa stay in the APC for a sec, need to talk to both of you," Alan said as Jacobs got out.

"S-sure Alan." Lisa said with a nod, her face still reddened. She'd already stood and was about to leave but took a seat, crossing her legs and putting her hands on her lap with a smile and waiting until the APC was clear.

"Dont worry Adries, I understand." Carver said trying to sound reassuring in tone. Perhaps that statement had come off in the wrong direction. Fortunately there seemed to be no harm done.

As Carver walked towards the station, he turned his head slightly towards JD. Still looking at the building, he asked "So whats the story behind the arm?"

"Alright you two. I need a lab. So I say that should be the next place we try to go to," Alan told them.
"Oh, so you've figured out a cure or something?" Adries asked.
"Well...I read the notes but they aren't complete. But I'm really close. I just need a lab of some sort so I can do all the tests and everything else that I need to do," Alan explained, "However, I don't want JD to even hear of this plan in case Jack hears it. And I don't think having everyone go is a good thing. I'm pretty sure we're being watched, so we'd have to secretly leave."
"Sounds good..." Adries said, thinking about all the things that'd need to be done, "We could take the train or something? I know you're carrying a lot of equipment Alan but we can help carry it to the train. We can't leave the people here without a means of escape, so no APC."

"The train. That would work, I have an idea on how to get it going. It's not that far away either." Lisa agreed with a nod, pleased to hear about the news. A feeling of worry panged in her chest suddenly, but hid it. She'd work around it.
