Charles and several other students had unloaded the supplies from the bag of the van, everyone was glad to see more food and water. When he brought Rosie up to the Chem room, the little kids were exited to see a dog to play with. After she exitedly sniffed the kids for a little bit, she went back to her pillow and fell asleep.

"Remember guys, be carful with her, especially around the eyes" he said as he adressed the little kinds. they hadn't had much to do and the dog was a good morale boost for them.

He went back out and unloaded the duffel bag of guns and ammo.

"It'd be a lot less dangerous." Lisa nodded, "Mind if i grab something to eat?" She asked Alan, bringing the Monitor she was carrying with her.

"No problem," Alan replied, pointing to where the kitchen was. "Almost all the food is there. Take whatever you want."

Adries made her way to the hummer, making sure no zombies were around. She put the stuff down in the trunk and headed back to get more stuff.

Charles looked at his assortment of guns, he had sorted them with they're ammunition and he now had a firly good sized collection of guns. He picked up the Spas-12 and examined it for a moment before placing it back in the bag.

"I'm good with what I have" he thought, looking over at his M1 carbine and Berreta pistol "I'll let Adries have the Spas, she'll probably go nut over it" he muttered

He had made sure the food and water he collected was placed with the groups other provisions. He had taken the med-kit and placed it upstairs for Lisa.

Lisa thanked Alan and took an apple from the kitchen, she bit into it then took the monitor out to the hummer. It wasn't heavy but she struggled because of the trunk, she then went back, her shotgun over her shoulder and picked up some more parts of the computer, taking them back and forth.
"Hey, Anything else we need?" She asked as she passed them.

"Nooooooo," Alan responded, taking a minute to look around the house. "I'm good."

"Alright let's go then!" Adries replied back, leading Alan to the hummer. She sat back in the passenger seat and Alan sat in the back.
"Gas guzzler, nice." he muttered, buckling himself in.

When he got back up to the chem lab, Charles saw the little kids fast asleep around Rosie.

"A little peace and quite." he thought

He sat down in a chair and opened a box of chocolate Pop Tarts and began to munch on one

However, his strange head pains began again, he took another couple pain pills, but it did not settle the pain imidietly, grunting he swollowed another one for good measure.

"Gotta love it. H2's my favorite series. " She laughed, getting into her drivers seat and signaling to Hayley that they were about to go.
"Head back to school?" She asked changing the gear.

"Didn't you want to go to your house? It's on the way back anyways," Adries said to Lisa, before adding, "I'd like to see dad at the police station. I wonder how well they are dealing with everything? Maybe we'll go there tomorrow or something. Just a thought."

"Oh right. My place it is. If it's not too dark, we could try and head into the city tonight." Lisa noted, before waiting for the others to get into their respected to cars. Then taking off down the street. Her heart had started to thump and she considered what her home would be like.

"Sounds good, we'll see how everything goes," Adries replied, growing silent as rain started to fall.

"I love rain," Alan muttered, "It's pretty. Makes me tired though."

The rain wasn't falling hard and it wasn't drizzling, It reminded her of shards of glass falling. She clicked the windshield wipers on and taking a right.
"Should take 5 minutes if i speed up a little and there's nothing on the roads. How does rain make you tired?" She wondered slightly dazed, raising her speed, making the slow rain hit the windows like bullets.

"It makes me tired because I think about sitting at home, having the fire place going. Wrapped up in a blanket with hot chocolate. That makes me tired," Alan replied, yawning.

"I can understand that." She replied thoughtfully, mowing down a zombie that had strayed to the middle of the road, flipping it over the bonnet, then swerving at a interjection. She drove for a few minutes, turning up Adries' music.

"So, how have you guys been?" Alan asked, tiring to stay awake.

"Fucked. Not literally, but we've dealt with a lot. I've been shot," Adries responded. "Lot's of crazy stuff. We got some guns, killed some monsters. Killed some zombies. Shot some people. "

"Sounds fun."

"Fun...that's one way to put it. Aside from physically and mentally draining, terrifying and downright painful. How's the leg holding up anyway?" Lisa added, tapping her fingers on the wheel to the music.

"It's fine. Trying not to put too much stress on it or anything," Adries replied, patting her leg lightly. "As long as I don't do anything too dangerous or crazy it should be fine. Chuck had it much worse. A fucking rebar in his back."

"Rhubarb?"
"Rebar."

"Poor Chuck. Can't help but wonder how he's doing. I wonder if he's started making sense too." She shuddered at the thought of the metal sticking out of the wound.

"It'll be great having two guys who don't make sense in the group. At least Chuck will get out of it after awhile. Unlike a certain someone," Adries said.

"I know you're talking about me," Alan replied.
"No duh."
"You're hurting what few feelings I have left."
"You're a /b/tard, you have no feelings."
"Same could be said about you. You visited it more often then me."
"...Lisa, are we near your house? I'm already ready to get out of this damn car."

"Actually, we're here." Lisa replied, finding the little argument between the two amusing, she pulled up outside a two storey, modern home. The lights were off, and a mattress was pulled in front of the living room window to block it out. She got out and headed for the front door. She just wanted to check that it was locked and was pleased that it was.
"Okay, we're taking the back." She explained, hopping over the fence, dividing the backyard.
