Zombie High! Survival RP (Started)

Alan and Adries followed closely, Adries ready for the first sign of danger. Alan more of just cruised along, not even taking out his machete. When Adries noticed this she shook her head in shame.

"This is a nice house," Alan and Adries said at the same time, giving each other a look before jumping over the fence.

Ivan stared doubtfully at the chain link fence. "Somehow, i don't think that's gonna hold my weight. any other ways in? Like a door or something?" Ivan noticed a neighbor's wall thoughtfully close to Lisa's fence. "On second thought, I got this." Ivan ran up the wall then backflipped into the backyard. He smirked. "Nothing like being a showoff sometimes. Though, for the record, yes, i had to do that."

Lisa took the back porch key and slid it into the lock, she was pleased that the door reacted and she could pull it open.
"Welcome to Casa de Bailey." She said quietly, letting them in first, then sliding the door behind her. The house was silent, apart from the the sound of light murmurs from above them.

Alan slowly started clapping, before Adries told him that it wasn't funny. They walked inside and took a look around. "Nothing dangerous seems to be here. No broken glass from what I can tell," Adries told Lisa, carefully opening a closest door.

Charles was directing the students around the school. as soon as it had started to rain, he realized that this was a potentical source of fresh water they could not miss. He ordered some of the kids from shop class to fashion a metal cone from some of they're space sheet metal and had several other students drag out the old water tank that had been sitting in the class for years. Apparentally an old shop teacher wanted to make it into somthig, but he was fired before he could, now they had a convienient rain water storage device.

After cutting a hole in the top, the kids inserted the cone and draged the contraption into the parking lot, when the rain began to come down even harder. As they stood back to admire they're work a student looked over t Charles and asked

"How are we gonna get it back in when it's full?"

"Aww Crap" Charles thought

"I don't think anyone-or anything= broke in. I'm going to check upstairs. Check the lights to see if they're working" She nodded before heading down the dark-hallway, past the living room and up the stairs. There was definitely something or something making noise in one of the bedrooms. She took a deep breath and held the shotgun in front of her before opening the door.

"We shouldn't try the lights. It might attract something," Alan said suddenly. Adries stood there with her mouth agape for a moment before muttering something about Alan actually saying something smart for once.

They entered the living room and took a seat, Alan looking at the dvds and Adries just staring at the clock.

Lisa slid open the door slowly, only to be pushed back against the adjacent wall, someone holding the scruff of her shirt, choking her. She fired the trigger only to misfire and hit the wall.
"You...fired a weapon? You aren't one of them. I recommend you leave."
Then the choking stopped and the smell of cigarette smoke hit her nose.

Alan and Adries jumped at the sound of a bullet. They looked at each other and immediately grabbed their weapons and headed to where Lisa was last seen. They slowly walked up the stairs, trying to keep as quiet as possible. Adries didn't hearing any noise, so she figured it might be something other than a zombie attacking.

The light from a cigarette was brought to her face for a few moments, then the sound of a short chuckle was heard as an arm pulled her to her feet.
There was a moment of silence and all Lisa heard was the sound of her own breath when a light was turned on in the hallway. Revealing a familiar face standing beside her.
"Christie..."

Charles was looking at the large water tank, which was filling up rapidly and geting heaviyer every moment.

"Ummmmm.....Ahhhhhh....Hummmmm.....I know, get the spare metal rods we have lying around, we can make a temporary roller to get the tank inside."

Adries ran inside the room, her unnamed axe in front of her. When she noticed no apparent danger she muttered a 'hello' and put her axe down. Alan followed in after her, distracted by a bug that he had found on the wall.

"Look at this cool spider. Is everyone alright? It's pretty big, like a tarantula. I think I'll keep him."
"You do that."

Lisa still in some form of shock, attempted to form words.
"Um...This is my sister who i mentioned earlier. Christie and I'm not sure why in hell she's here!"
Christie smirked, she was a woman around 25 with short black hair, dressed in combat clothes with a rifle on her back. She stared at Adries and Alan and turned her attention to her cigarette.
"Don't mind me. I gotta get back to work." She said going back into the her room and grabbing a walkie-talkie.

"Er, work?" Adries asked, becoming quite confused with the situation.
"Yes, Adries. Like a job. A way to make money. Something that you don't have," Alan said, letting the spider crawl on his track suit.
"You don't have a job either."
"I do, it's just somewhat illegal."
"And you're admitting this in front of someone who works for the military. Good work, genius."

Christie sat on her bed, speaking commands into her walkie-talkie ignoring the survivors.
"Hello? How about saying Hi, telling me how you are, What you're doing here?! Where Mom is?!" Lisa asked aggressively.
"Shh." She replied raising a hand and holding the device to her ear, waiting a few seconds then throwing the walkie-talkie at the wall. A moment of silence passed then the elder Bailey girl spoke.
"Hi, I'm not doing so good, I just said that i was doing work, i've been sent from the Marine Corps to kill off a few of these things & don't ask me, i just got here, i thought i'd drop by to see if you guys were okay, and no one was here."

"Er...okay," Adries replied, standing still and deciding to look around the room. Alan was laughing at his new tarantula, deciding that he would name it Parker.

"Well, uh. We'll just be going now or something," Adries muttered, pushing Alan out of the room, "We'll just be downstairs or something. No point butting in on anything."

"-You guys are the first i've seen around this city. It's a ghost-town. I want to know a little more information from you later, so don't move too far for now." Christie ordered towards those who walked away and stubbed her Cigarette. She received a signal from another device and waved them away while she spoke.

[sub] DAMN, I gotta get to sleep. I've held out for a while now and i really gotta go, you can either carry on somehow or take over completely, Sorry >_< [/sub]

Adries and Alan looked at each other, before taking a seat near the door. "What're you here for again? I'm just curious and stuff," Adries asked, becoming very nervous. She didn't really liked to be ordered around, but at the same time she'll listen to someone with a rifle.

Several students were pulling ropes, while others pushed from behind. hey slowly were inching the water tank along on the rollers and soon they eventually got the tank inside.

"Whew that wa a lot of work." Charles said, a feelinn that several othe students shared

He stod up and adressed the group "Now that we have all this water, w can boil it when we need to refill our water bottles, and since it's pure rain water and not crap from the river thats really the only filtration method we need.....I think."

Jack walked over to Adries

"Why do I get the distinct feeling our marine buddy isn't exactly the most trustworthy person." Jack grabbed his leg as it started to throb for the first time it had been shot.

"Damn adrenaline must be wearing off."
