"I will need to talk this over with the others. I may be something of a leader but I do not hold absolute power." Jack said before he stood from the corner and walked to where Lisa and Alan were.

"We have a situation, and before anything else my name is now Frank Jackson. Christie wishes to join our group, to what ends I know not. She has offered an exchange of services, she travels with us and in exchange we get any information she gathers in our time together. Her true objective is off limits, which makes me suspicious. Your thoughts?" Jack asked as soon as he got close enough that he could speak quietly to them.

"Almost midnight," Alan replied, "The reason my sister and I sound so much alike in plans is probably because we always planned things out together. Our parents and family were always busy, so we always hung out. We'd always go to our Uncle's cabin and relax, coming up with plans and playing games. I guess we were the inseparable siblings. Wanna stay here or shall we go back. I have no qualms staying here with you, but there is a lot less talking going on over there."

Alan looked up at Jack, "Listen, the only reason for the name changes were to protect Adries and I. Your fine using your real name. She's not after you. Remember that I'm Jesse, Adries is Tulip. On your topic of whether or not she can stay; I'd greatly prefer not but she'll join if she wants to."

"I changed my name just to be safe a while ago. I don't know if she knows that you are traveling with me. Remember we had the transmitter running near 24/7 on all AM radio channels with a message that said both my name and her's on multiple occasions. I figure it better if I changed my name as well, just so that it decreases the likeliness of your sister being discovered. Besides, I already gave her the name anyway. A little late to change it now."

"I'm happy here, We're only a door away, so she knows that we aren't up to anything. Besides when Jack goes back in I'm sure that Christie will still want to talk things over. Not to mention I'm comfortable here." She replied to Alan with a small smile then turning to Jack.
"I know that she'll keep her end of the bargain and we could use some information...Then again if we keep to the plan we have here about being careful around identities, things shouldn't get ugly. Also it's another gun and If i know her well enough, she knows how to handle herself in combat. I'm completely neutral on this, She's got firepower but i hate her guts." Lisa smirked.


Christie got to the top of the academy stairs, stopping to listen for footsteps and heard none. She was finally free. She started to check the offices, not sure what to expect, her rifle in her arms.

Alan sighed, thinking it over. "Well, I don't think we can stop her. I have my own reasons as to why I don't want her here, but I guess we'll just have to let her tag along. Then get rid of her as soon as possible," Alan replied to Jack.

'Try to get rid of her as fast as possible,' Alan thought, not feeling safe when Christie is around, 'Not that I feel that safe anyways.' He turned back towards Lisa, "We'll stay here then. But who says we aren't up to anything? I thought we were planning world domination?"

"I guess Christie join if Ivan and Adries are okay with it. Now, if we're planning world domination mind if I sit in? One of my favorite hypotheticals when I was younger was that exact problem." Jack said.

"Sure. Pull up some floor. Now my suggestion was running for president then bringing everyone and everything to it's knees after winning the election." She said with fake serious tone then cracking a smile.

Christie had gone through a few offices and found nothing, she had passed the area where the beds were stored and she went towards another office. Her eyes widened at the sight of the dead man. A police officer who had committed suicide. Something was off though. She took a step forward, bowing her head and closing her eyes in a sign of respect. She never did feel right examining bodies. After a few moments she noticed that the badge was missing.

"Err, I meant more along the lines of Lisa and I discussing it," Alan started, before adding, "Alone. I mean, unless Lisa wants you to stay. Then I guess I don't really have a problem with it. Heh, I like your idea Lisa."

Adries groaned at the thought of Christie staying. 'Maybe I shouldn't have been listening,' she thought, covering herself with her jacket to block out the lights, 'We need to turn those off.'

"Fair enough, I gotta talk to Adries and Ivan anyway." Jack went back the main hall and took a seat until everyone could come back.

"Hey, you didn't think that Christie was the only one who was evil in the Bailey family right?" Lisa said with a short evil laugh, raising her head from his shoulder whilst she did it then returning to her position "Besides what about you? What would be your plan?"

Christie didn't trust this. Just in case... She reached into her pocket and grabbed a strip of clear paper and pulled the backing. She placed the sticky end to the corpses' hand, taking the fingerprints and putting them in a secure tin so she could get them analyzed at a later date. She decided to hurry along in case they decided to check up on her and left the room.

"My plan?" Alan asked, scratching his chin to show he was thinking, "I guess I would try and give myself super powers! And then I would go and defeat all the leaders of the world and make them bow before me. I would then get defeated by a band of spunky young adults who also got powers...somehow. That's how it'd probably turn out."

"Ah damn the spunky young adults and their random powers from no where." Lisa added, letting out another huge yawn.
"You can be second in command in my plan if you wanted? There'd be no way i could control the whole world through politics on my own."

 

[tsatoma]

"Well, I think I'll just have to take you up on that offer," Alan replied with a smile, finishing up his chips and tossing the bag into to trash. "Heh, screw the people who want food in the main hall. By the time we head back there won't be anymore," he said, taking a bag of M&M's and popping a few into his mouth.

"Well, Jack did have his chance, as did Adries and Ivan." She agreed. She got to her feet and thought about how she'd get into the Drink vending machine.
"Thirsty?" Lisa called over to Alan picking up a piece of wood, judging it and discarding it, then picking up another.

"Hmm, I am but I think it wouldn't be wise to break it open that way. Maybe we can unscrew it or something," Alan said, standing up and looking on the side of the machine, "We can't shake it too much or else the soda will get all fizzy! Hmmm, there's a lock here. Can you lock pick? If not, then I am stumped on what to do."

"My Dad used to know, he showed me when i was a kid, I have no idea if i can still do it though. Hold on," Lisa went to her bag that she had dumped in the main hall and grabbed a paper clip from her pencil case. She unbent the paper clip and got to work.
"Come on Macgyver skills!" She muttered as she fiddled with it.

"You can do it! I'm channeling my awesomeness into your lock pick skills!" Alan said, cheering Lisa on as she tried to open up the lock.

Adries groaned, hearing some voices around her. "Can people not be quiet? Aren't we trying to get some sleep? I thought that was what is going on?" she asked as she sat up, looking at everyone around her. "Alan still getting food?" Adries asked Jack, rubbing her eyes and yawning.

Lisa swore under her breath and one of the cylinders sprung back into place, she tried again this time reaching the final cylinder, she bit down slightly on her lip in concentration and a smile spread across her lips as a final click was heard and the lock fell to the floor.
"Well i'll be damned, It worked. Thank you for the channeling. I don't think I could've done it without it. Now take your pick." She continued with the grin, pulling the machine open, revealing the drink storage.

 

[tsatoma]

"There is only one correct option," Alan said, grabbing a bottle of Dr. Pepper and chugging it down. "It's just so damn delicious. Thanks for letting me experience this...er, experience again," he said with a grin, moving out of the way so she could pick her drink.

"I think he's stuffing his face right now, as is Lisa. We have a more immediate problem though, Christie would like to join us, I gave her the fake name Frank Jackson, by the way. So when she comes back I become Frank because of that damn transmitter message. It included both of our names, so if the military has any information based on that transmitter, its that you are traveling with me. So should we let Christie join our group, she has offered to give us what information she knows in exchange."
