    Only tried it once, but I think it should be legalized. In Holland, marijuana, a relatively safe drug is legal, while other drugs like cocaine and heroine are put under a zero tolerance policy. That discourages heavy drug users, thus lowering the rate of ODs and other drug related deaths...
