Once again Yahtzee continues his trend of retrospectively reviewing games that have been name-dropped in several past reviews. And I had my money on Beyond Good & Evil for the 3rd time in a row.

South Park Rally. That game got me through my HSC.

It took me a few restarts myself, and an FAQ, but once I got past those early stages I loved it.

My computer is just too old and crappy for it. Sadly I've yet to learn my lesson: I still have Portal 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum and both Mass Effects (just to name a few) sitting in my Steam Library waiting for a better computer.

The Void. Not the 'best' Indie game I've ever played, but by far my favourite. Made by Ice-Lodge Lodge, a team of 8 Russians who've only made 3 games to date. Sure it has some rough edges, but it has a fantastic atmosphere and aesthetic, and the gameplay is unlike anything I've ever experienced.

GTAIV. Bought it for $30 a couple years back thinking it was a bargain, only to spend hours going through the Games for Windows Live bullshit AND THEN find out the game won't run properly.
