I JUST had knee surgery a few days ago. I tore a crapload of cartilidge in my knee doing squat in a powerlifting competition. It wasnt that bad except i walked around with it for about 2 months and it just destroyed my knee. Surgery was not bad, but the only part i hated was getting the shots...
