Well, for manga I can definitely recommend Air Gear, though there is some 18+ stuff in their. In terms of anime... Elfen Lied is good, if you don't mind alot of violence and tits. Kannagi is good too. Also, in manga terms, .hack//legend of the twilight is good. Definitely one of my favorites.
