Medium rare. It's cooked enough to not still be mooing on the plate, but still raw enough to have a good ammount of jucies in it. The best in my opinion.

A while back I tried to prove the tooth fairy wasn't real by: 1. loosing a tooth. 2. not telling my parents for 2 days, but still put it under my pillow. 3. telling my parents in 2 days of loosing the tooth. Results: the "tooth fairy" came the night I told my parents. I was right.
