Space Marines! I would of said Necrons but unless i was a Necron lord i would lose my personality very quickly, but if i could be a Monolith, that would be fun.

Neutral good Makes sense

I generally target as many things at the same time as possible. Switching from small foes to large ones, sometimes closer enemies, sometimes further away ones. I only normally prioritize if there is an objective nearby.

Either a chaos space marine, or whoever designed public toilets to have very little space to move around in.
