I'd go straight for an aerial strike - Hammer of Dawn will burn straight through plate mail, and kill them all instantly. An MAC round will do a hell of a lot of damage and with probably ten or twenty rounds, not to mention a hell of a load of Shiva nukes, Archer missiles and the promise of ODST backup on the way, I'd be pretty safe. And an MAC round could most likely render even Pandora pretty obsolete. Seriously, has anyone ever pitched a ten metre wide massively dense depleted uranium round travelling at close to the speed of light, against a box made of what looks like rock? Trust me, the uranium wins everytime.

TL;DR: MAC rounds, Shiva nuclear warheads and Archer missiles. Halo FTW ;D

Hate to ruin the stream of creative answers, but, why not just shoot them? Armor isn't bullet proof or even bullet resistant. Hell, arrows went through the suits.
Maybe a nice fixed gun, like a mounted 50.cal or an M60, with a rather large barrel to finish them all off.

That's why there is 15,000 of them!

The A10's 30mm tank smasher minigun, as has appeared in several flight sims. Every shot would most likely go through several targets. A few seconds of firing in arcs should wipe out the whole battalion, and terrify the survivors into fleeing.

Sounds good in theory but scientifically speaking a gravity gun would kill you by the time you manage to kill anyone else (and not to mention the number of bones you would break, allow me to clarify that these would be your bones breaking).

I personally would go with a flamethrower, spray a lot of them with 'magical liquid fire', kills them rather quickly and horribly (and their armour would just make it easier for me) while the others run off demoralised by seeing their friends burned alive.

Easy victory.
