"Don't be a F@#$*ing asshole!" - About 10 years ago.
"Six months, she dumps you." - 6 years ago. That would save me a broken heart. :(

Or even better, "Start to study you dumbass" - between 3 years ago and last week.

To my teenage self, circa 2003:

Buy Apple stock, date EG.

This takes care of my greatest regret and my current financial issues in one fell swoop.

I'd write up a bunch of stuff and just slip the paper through the portal.

Loopholes, yeah!

Um, well I'm onto version 3.0 of myself so to version 1.0 I'd have to say;

"Hang on, it gets better"

and to version 2.0 I'd have to say;

"...the fuck were you thinking?"

Probably investment advice like "Buy stock in Google" or "Tech stock crashes in 2000". If that is out of the question then I would like to tell young me when and where I meet my wife so I would not have to worry about seducing girls untill I find her.

Put.Down.The.Food.Please.

If I'm delivering the message in person I think it'll have the correct impression.

I would go back to when I was 11 and say "Don't think about them, smile."
I will then hug my younger self, and freak my younger self out, because she didn't like hugs then.

A real simple scenario: A wizard (yes, a wizard) appears before you and tells you that he can open a window to anytime in the past. The window will only be open for enough time for you to say 5 words (or less) to your past self.

Assuming you take this strange offer from the wizard, what year of your life would you talk to, and what 5 words (or less) will you say?
I would probably open it to my 14 year old self and say: 'Don't be afraid of commitment'

I didn't challenge her enough.
wow... Just... Wow...
Apparently, I just agreed with everything. You know, didn't really offer my own suggestions for stuff.
