To be a bit more detailed, I'd send it to my eight-year-old self.
I'd detail what my life has been like, the decisions I'd made, what worked out for me, what didn't...
And then I guess I'd see what happened.

Nice little loop hole jumping there, I think your 8 year old self would be confused though considering that a wormhole opened, and a hand slipped through offering a piece of paper that transforms into a piece of tree bark...
