Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is one of my favorite movies, but everyone else hates it. That and most movies with Simon Pegg in it.

Star Wars: Episode One

(It was a joke! Please don't hit me!)

Seriously: I loved Cloverfield, but apparently no one else did.

Alot of my friends dont see the brilliance of Shaun of the dead/Hot Fuzz. They also fell asleep during No Country for Old Men and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

Starship Troopers. Why? because it doesn't take itself too seriously, and everyone knows it. People expecting a die hard translation of the book, when if they put aside the expectations, its a very entertaining popcorn flick.
Starship Troopers kicked ass, but the sequels were horrible, especially the second

I thought Jumper was fairly good (not fantastic, but good nonetheless). Reviewers seem to despise it, though.
I agree. It wasn't a work of art, but it gave me further reason not to listen to the majority.

This is going way back but the Secret Of Nimh. A story of a mother trying to find a way to stop a farmer from destroying her home. The characters are all animals and the main ones are mice and a crow.

I liked the third one, well, up until the stupid, "Look, angels are coming out of the sky, now I'm going to ignore that insane dude that was worshiping a huge insect and get jiggy wit' religion!"

Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace

I love this film too much, probably cause I was 8-9 at time of release and that memory is still with me but I still watch it to this day smiling haha

That is a really deep film, Christian Bale is incredible in it. Very good twist at the end.

To be honest, i never finished watching the third; i was watching it online and it stopped loading after about 45 minutes, and from what i saw it was okay, but not as good as the first.

Street Fighter, starring Jean-Claude Van Damme.

Yes, I know it was terrible. Yes, I know that the man cast as American hero William Guile sounds like he can barely speak English.

But damn... I love that movie.

Click. I found it pretty funny, though most professional reviewers don't.
Most critics hate Adam Sandler. I really liked Click too.
To be fair, it also happened to be one of his more serious roles. Ergo, it was better.

Going by movies that have a rating under 7 out of 10 on imdb.com:

Dog Soldiers
Dog Soldiers has anything less than a 10!!??

I'm off to join IMDB and get ma spam finger workin'!

Seriously, this film was the bollocks, dog's if you like.

And everyone I know loves it. My film that I love and no-one else I know does is DOOM, I know it's a video game re-make and I'm sorry. I know in theory it's terrible, but somehow it just works for me, it's got just the right levels of tension, humour, and action that I want from my brainless exploda-thons, and The Rock.

As for me, I love the Vilage, but I don't think most people do.
I had no interest in watching any of Shylaman's films because they were advertised as horror movies and I don't enjoy that genre. It seems that hollywood's marketing lied to us to scam money from the public as they know slasher flicks do well in cinemas. His movies are not horrors, this is why people are disappointed in them.
They are in fact beautiful, compelling, and often hilarious fairy tales.

....I feel so camp now.
