Vanilla Sky. Thought it was awesome, but it seems to get regularly panned by everyone. I really like Cameron Diaz in it as well..
That is exactly what I was going to post.
Though, I prefer (and recommend) the original film which Vanilla Sky was based off of, Abres los Ojos.

I god damned loved that movie. this and Rockin'rollas with gerald butler.
but CoM cant have a sequel. He dies at the end remember.on the row boat.
No, whether he dies or not is left ambiguous.
No he actually dies...becuase hes losing blood and then you see his head fall abit and his eyes just stay open. he just sits there. dead.
then she boards the larger boat.

There wasn't a single bad frame in Children of Men. Everybody involved rolled a natural 20.
See, that's what I thought. However, most of my friends think it boring and unimpressive. I don't know why.
...I recommend new friends.

Films I liked which seem hated by many:
Gattaca - proper old-school SF with no explosions or FX, but it was very thoughtful.
Redacted - I am a pinko-commie-liberal-leftie, though.
Natural Born Killers - it just had an aggression about it. When leaving the cinema, I said, beaming, "I want a gun", without a trace of irony.
A special mention for 2 Gilliam flicks:
The Fisher King - yeah it was maudlin and sentimental, but it was also genuinely touching and very funny.
Tideland - it touches on a taboo subject in a way that makes many VERY uncomfortable. I thought it mixed childhood, adulthood, fantasy & reality wonderfully.

Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction... Well pretty much anything to do with Quentin Tarantino people either love them or hate them... or in most of my families case refuse to watch them, personally though, I loved Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction is amazing.

Also, I really enjoyed The Transporter films (although I haven't seen the third one) because they are not supposed to challenge you to wonder if modern day society is as good as the government says it is, they're just a bit of fun really.

Lucky Number Slevin

I thought it was awesome, but no one I know has ever even heard of it... Despite it having a good deal of great actors and a fun plot.

Same with Inside Man.
Whaaatt? It's one of my favorites!

Anyway, back on topic. It's a bit wierd to say, but I liked the number 23.

Both Fantastic Four films were really good, but everyone seems to just call me a bandwagon jumper for it. Which is odd, as none of them collect comics and I do.

Way to spoil the movie, haha.
And no, we never see her get on the boat. We see him slump over, but that doesn't mean he dies. For example, he could have entered a coma.

Unless you watched a different version than I did. The one I saw in theatres, and that I own, is like what I described above.

AvP and AvP2 Were ok, but with 'requim' meaning 'final', AvP3 Has set its self up to suck in my opinion

There are a few that have already been named, but also:
Blair Witch Project
Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull - I am a huge Indy fan, and even though this was my least favorite out of the 4, I can't help but love it.
Star Wars 1-3 - Sure they aren't as good as the originals, but they are still entertaining and that's all I can really ask for out of a movie.

Though my friends don't really count, they are just a bunch of inmature 15-16 year olds with no culture behavior. I like "Dirty Harry" and "The Good, The Bad & The Ugly" while they like " Meet the Spartans". *Quiver*

Spiderman 3: I just realy liked Venom in this and the symbote/black suit thing is and will always be awesome.

Also something tells me I shouldn't but I loved Joe Dirt, it was a bit low brow but it's funny. Plus it has Christopher Walken, the man is un-fucking-beliviable.

Not true sir.
requiem actually means a song in mourning to a dead person. the song you hear at a funeral is a reqiuem. usually an orchestration of some sort.

it fits in well with the movies ending and antagonist the vicious predalien.

The more you know *rainbow shoots over words*

its becuase i didnt think of someone reading it becuase i was replying to someone...i was inconsiderate to the community.

And im gunna say he died as a dramatic effect when he slumps over.
if he was in a coma i doubt he'll wake up becuase hell...the worlds a damn warzone and hes on a boat crossing seas and oceans and all sorts. And this should not be turned into a sequel anyways. what would it be about? the movies already about the world not having a child in 20 years or someodd and someone was capable of having one...the only thing they could do is a prequel...and not alot of people like prequels.
