As i see it they focused in fixing the broken things in Fallout 3, its the same engine but fixed, so no more weird glitches or falling trough the floor, the story seems kind of stupid i give you that, but it´s so vague that it basically tells you "go nuts" in the open world, wich is what i liked about Fallout 3Djinn8 said:snip
I have already preordered it from Steam, I cant miss the chance to play with one of the settings I have always wanted to experience in Fallout 3, the hardcore setting where if you dont eat you starve, and ammo weights, so no more running around with 50000 .44 magnum rounds, and food will actually have a meaning to exist, that pretty much broke the game for me, if i got overcrumbed while in the middle of a quest, i would just sell all my stuff in the nearest store and exchange it for ammo, then go, finish the quest and buy it back, travel to my house, save it and repeat.
and if you have mild OCD like me, you HAVE to pick up EVERY ITEM IN EACH ROOM!!... i hated some places where there were 100 spoons or forks littered around the kitchen UGH...
anywhay, I do think F:NV will be good, if only because it fixess a lot from F3
