Stop fucking eating so much and go outside (it's horrible, I know, I sympathize,) once in a while.
Honestly, obese people should get the same fate as smokers or alcoholics - no health care.
At all.
Yes, it can sometimes be genetic or whatever - but most of the time, it's a conscious choice. It's like how stupid kids should be eliminated in order to reduce the burden on the school systems.
Okay, now apply this logic to me.
I have asthma, allergy and high blood pressure (genetic - my grandma had a lot of problems with blood pressure, so does my mom). I'm trying to fight with all these things, but look what happens:
I try to play soccer, I get hit in the nose and it starts to bleed (blood pressure too high).
I try to go swimming, which I like a lot and I'm very good at it despite my 5kg/12 pounds too much, I can't breathe after 15 minutes because my lung capacity is 30% lower than one of a normal person.
I try karate, which I love, I find out that my physician forbids me to have such kind of stressful excercises.
I go to the gym... Hey, but then the second doctor visit came by, and she forbids the gym, too!
I tried going on a diet, I lost 5 pounds, got sick, regained 5 pounds. I went on another diet, went on vacations, and eating only stuff they gave me in the cafeteria, I come back to my old weight.
I just stopped caring about it. No matter how much I tried, something stopped me from succeeding.
So please, next time, use your head instead of being a smartass.

Move out of the big city and live on a farm. I have never seen an obese farmer. Big farmer, yes, but never obese.
Ah, the farm.
...Why do I have a rash? My nose is full... and my eyes are red. Oh, and I can't breath... how fun being on a farm.
