personally im sick of it, most of the time the "overpowered" weapons have so many downsides.
the halo 3 rocket launcher fire's slowly, and only has 2 shots till reload. the gears of war lancer is rather weak when it comes to the actually gun and you have to charge the saw. and if the weapons are so great why aren't the whiners using them.

OK, getting killed by grenades and rockets can be annoying but yeah you should use every advantage you have in war to win; i.e. if you have a kick-ass sniper on you're team, use him.

Getting killed by a grenade is not a problem. Getting killed CONSTANTLY by grenade spam is a problem. I know you hate hearing this but grenade spam is CHEAP. Spawn-camping is a problem too. They really need spawn protection in these games.

All im saying is I worked hard to find that glitch in the landscape and will take my reward weather you want me to or not.

Glitches are ANNOYING! I hate them. Under the map is retarded. Anyway, I do dislike the mp40 thing but I use the FG with a telescopic sight and kill them from a distance. But yes, I do hate some 'noobish' behavior. Like camping. That blows.

Sorry, but balancing in games (especially multiplayer) is very important otherwise they just wouldnt work. Of course there are certain advantages but they cant be too obvious or too devastating.

The main fault is a cheap kill. Everyone can occasionally sit back and think "wow, That guy killed me with style/skill/class" etc, But every now and again you get killed by some cheap ass SOB.

I am sick of it, i think that its childish that people even use words like noob, and call people that when they get the beat down because the other person had a real strategy and thought,"hmm what would I do if this was real life?"
If you want to play a game with no real strategy or thinking behind it go play wii fencing.

If it's cheap or unfair, why is it in the game. It's not like a Rocket Launcher in Halo 3 is a Nuke that kills everyone on the map.

Then again unreal is so fast paced it actually seems to work in that particular game... plus it only has one shot...

Crazy stuff happens too though I remember back when counter strike was pre steam, I used to just randomly point awps into walls and kill people more often than you'd think chance would allow for...

Games with classes I think have it best though. Every class has some ability or weapon that's specifically meant to counter another, and getting around those things actually takes a bit of real time strategy and skill.
That's the kind of stuff that gets me going.

I don't mind weapons in games that people call "noobish" or whatever, infact, I make full use of martyrdom and I don't care if others do as well. However, any cheats or glitches that people use annoy me, but not too much if I'm still able to kill the people using them.

If they shout "CHEAP", tough shit, they need to learn to deal with it. Unless it's glitch exploitation beyond just "get up higher like anyone can do".

like I said earlier it's the godmode mentality, these people aren't looking for a challenge, they don't even really want to play a game, they just want to be able to sit there thinking they are better than everyone else.

In general I'm fairly sure they are brow beaten daily in their day to day lives and just have to get the best of someone somewhere to continue living.

The way every pimply faced geek you knew in junior high had a beautiful girlfriend that just happened to live far away that no one could talk to or meet...

... well when I was in junior high, I suppose technology has changed that little game some...

On top of it all do you know how hard it is to find some of these glitches? It?s a freaking art and provides a service to developers, pointing out flaws to be fixed and patched.
Also don?t insinuate at lack of personal skill upon someone you don?t know. It just makes you seem judgmental and im sure that you are a much better person then that...... or you could prove me wrong.

yeah the only flaw in your logic there is very often the glitches are never fixed/patched, and wind up being exploited by every idiot that wants godmode...
