Radiata Stories for the PS2. The best JRPG of all time, in my opinion.

Kung Fu Chaos.

It's a 3D comedy fighting game making a parody of old school kung fu movies.
It got fairly bad reviews, but i think it's fucking awesome and hilarious.

Oh!<3
I played that last night. And the night before, and the night before, and the night before...(you get the picture) .
It's amazing! I bought it when it first came to Sweden, never looked back!

Cryostasis [http://www.play.com/Games/PC/4-/5538621/Cryostasis/Product.html?searchtype=allproducts&searchsource=0&searchstring=cryostasis&urlrefer=search] for the PC. Dare I say it, better than Bioshock, although definitely along the same lines, with ice instead of water. Very atmospheric, I actually felt myself getting cold in parts.

For UK members, I've linked to Play.com to make it easier for you to buy. Enjoy! [small]I hope that doesn't count as advertisement...[/small]

Drakengard... apparently I was the only person to ever play it.

I actually remember that it had like 5 endings, one of them was actually a massive story changer, as for the other 4 it just had you fighting the same boss for different reasons. I thought that was actually pretty badass.
Caim can officially kick the butt of any enemy, ever. And Learnard is cool, provided you ignore the mumble mumble ahem.

Occasionally while playing a game, if a character talks to much or gets beaten up. I will shout "Caim would not stand for this Shit"!

Can I say Sacrifice? Because I'm going to go with Sacrifice. Shiny went down since, I believe.

It's on Steam and GoG now, though, and cheap, so you have no excuse.

Shadow Of Memories

It has one of my favourite antagonists of all time. Graphics are weak (not that it matters really), but thats nothing when compared to the fun and mystery of the gameplay. You basically keep getting murdered in different ways by the same person, and (by using a device given to you by a creature known as Homunculus) you have to keep cheating death just in time in order to find out who your killer is. It was short, but sweet, you can literally finish the game within 2-4 hours. However there are multiple endings and TRUST ME, the ending (6-7 endings) are all relevent and you do find out more about the characters backstories with each one.

That actually was a pretty fun game, though the multiplayer wasn't as fun as the campaign for me.

I think I still have Everything or Nothing. That game had awesome co-op but the multiplayer versus mode kind of sucked (If I remember right).

I could not play more than an hour of that game at a time without cacking myself. To be fair, I was about 10 at the time, but still...

I have a few favourite games that are underrated.
Firstly, Everything or Nothing on Xbox got great reviews but you hardly see anyone mention it. Secondly, Singularity on Xbox 360 just wasn't advertised very well. Finally; Blur. An awesome "real-life Mario Kart" that no one bought.

It was fully voiced in Japanese with subtitles, even in the US/EU release with voice actors well known to anime fans such as Sakamoto Maaya and Ishida Akira.
Even better, it was fully voiced by Japanese people in a fictional language (with subtitles). Some of the voice acting in that game is so memorable. Which is some feat considering the above.

Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy

Like Force Unleashed except with guns and not Star Wars related. Oh, and it predated Force Unleashed and was actually a really good game. Still waiting for a sequel (Hint: won't happen). Damn cliffhanger ending...

LOL, I really thought they had a good theme, they should have expanded on the story and gameplay more. Now that you've mentioned "cacking", I admit that I always laughed at the voice acting, truely, truely horrible voice acting :D. Just thought the game was worth a mention for the unique story, but yeah, it is pretty weak in some areas.

My games that I was going to say have been mentioned, but I want to go over them again them again as I love them alot.

3D Dot Game Heroes was straight up fun, we had a Mega Drive and not a SNES, so I missed the nostalgia factor but it was still a very solid adventure game and I adore the music in it.

I have just recently gotten into Gust Co games, particularly Atelier Rorona. Which is by no means a story telling masterpiece but the humour in the core story is really enjoyable and I am finding it very good fun.

But by far the game that blew me away more than anything else in recent years has to be Nier, that game is stunning. While certainly flawed, most likely to budget limitations in the graphics department and fairly redimentry combat, the story, atmosphere and story are stunning. No game I have ever played really comes close to the story in Nier, it's simply incredible in it's level of depth. I'll go in with Warty Bliggens and say, I hate to be an elitist and say it, it's quite demanding and your average joe on the street will probably miss half the themes expressed in it as some people I've shown this game have.
