Everything about this is completely wrong. And I don't mean to say it's inaccurate, but I mean that it's wrong as in this should never happen EVER. Dunno about the strictness of laws against underaged killers, but I feel that plenty of psychiatric help is required. Oh, and never let him touch a PS3 again. Guy that obsessed should be forced to buy a different system, get some perspective, and loosen up. And if he had multiple systems already, ban him from the systems entirely. Cases involving video games should be handled on a one-to-one basis, rather than as a whole. Because he is not mature enough to own a PS3, he alone should be punished.
