"Thanks for the compliment, I'm sure she cares a lot about it." Lev said, a slight sarcastic tint to his voice. And Tatiana just continued to lay on the ground, being generally annoyed at the patrons and eying the odd, and apparently cowardly, wolf.

Lev raised his mug again, draining most of the leftover ale, and she noticed the lack of two fingers on his right hand. He then put the mug back down on the table before looking over at the counter to see if the serving girl had returned yet.

Kadence nodded at the man in thanks and walked inside the main room a few steps. When she stopped and turned Garret sat down at her left side. Kadence looked from the man to the girl and tilted her head, much like her Companion tended to do when he was confused.

"If its any trouble." She said carefully, "I'm sure I can go and find an open inn or tavern to go to." Garret stood up on all four legs as she spoke. She hadn't gotten any warnings from Garret about the man, and he appeared to be a decent guy. The girl should be safe enough here. Plus, Kadence doubted that anyone would dare try to steal from a blacksmith.

Viktorya noticed the mans missing fingers as turned her head to look at several men curse as they lifted the fallen table back to its original posistion.

She began to intensify her scratching of Ursa's ear as the bears attention became fixed upon the mans empty Mug.

"Sooooo.." She said in a long drawn out way "Whats your profession hmm?"

"Durk..." Pru tried to convince the smith.

Not hearing or not understanding, Durkon gave a big smile. "No, no, I haven't had much of any company but this young lass here!" He put his arm around Pru in a loving manner. "She's a fine girl. You're lucky to be friends."

"Right. Friends..." Prudence looked up to the sky and saw Sue fly down. The bird landed on her shoulder, and the three walked in and closed the door. "Um, so I can't really go home for a while," she whispered to Durkon. "I'd rather tell you in private later, though."

"Alright, my lady. I'll get a room ready. Are you two alright with sharing a bed?"

"Doctor, and as your next question is likely to be my name, Dr. Lev Markov." He said as he leaned back in his chair, not spotting the waitress this time around.

"And you're a smith. Either that or a lousy cook who likes hard labor, but I'm pinning my chances on the first one."

Friends? Kadence was startled for a moment. She...didn't have friends. At least none that weren't covered in armor and had a tendency to answer to 'Guard'.

She raised an eyebrow at the man's question. Having never shared a bed with anyone but Garret, when he was injured, she really didn't know the answer but the man -What did Pru call him Durkon?- was being hospitable and nice. "That's fine." she replied. Garret sent her a flash of something but it was gone before she could decipher it. Although it did serve to remind her of something.

"Sir, would you mind if my partner here had some water? I've been meaning to get him some for a while and well, with the celebration..." she trailed off.

Viktorya smiled as he guessed her proffesion correctly

"you quite observant" she laughed "Viktorya Gorbacheva" She replied in kind "So how does a Doctor come by such wounds?" motioning towards his hand "Frostbite? Accident?", she recalled one of her sisters losing an entire finger to the Harsh cold simply from a simple Knick on her Finger.

Im off, back later

"What?" Lev said as he instinctively looked down at his arm to see if his shirt had moved up to reveal his scars, being slightly relieved when it had not. And leaving him with the impression that she had to mean his fingers.

"Ehm... Yes, frostbite... And an accident, I suppose." He said as he leaned back in his chair again, resuming his relaxed posture.

Sai had nearly chocked on her ale when she saw the bear walk in. She had seen bears before while patrolling the walls of the city. But the white one that came in with the girls was a surprise to say the least. Kai had curled up by the table Odd...deadly. The words had come with a flash of yellow. A warning to not anger the bear or it's companion. "Now your just being paranoid. Not everyone who walks in with a strange companion is bad news. But your right, no need to get them angry." Sai looked around the bar just enjoying the atmosphere.

The tavern girl swept broken glass and vegetable peelings into the trash pit behind behind the tavern, desperately scanning the skies for the familiar silhouette of Cora, but there was not a single blemish in the ever-stretching blue. "YOU, GIRL!" came a sudden bark from behind her, causing her to jump and face the angry red face of her father peering out the door. "WHAT ARE YOU??" "throwing out the broken gla--" "THAT CAN BE DONE LATER! GET BACK IN THERE!!"

She knew better than to test his mood and gloomily returned to the bar area, only to find there were even more patrons now, literally spilling off the seats and throwing her expectant glances, the more rude of which waved their empty mugs in her direction. She sighed, put on a false smile and pushed her way through the crowd.

Lev spotted the serving girl as she entered the tavern again, obviously straining a smile when she looked at all the patrons waiting for their orders.

Ah well, "Waitress! Two mugs of ale, and some meat for her! Not salted!" He said in a loud voice to get her attention as he pointed down at the tiger next to him, which in turn looked unblinkingly at the serving girl and licked around her mouth before growling. Because if nothing else, the word 'meat' was always good.

Barely out of the back-room door, the tavern girl was met with an onslaught of requests. She pulled up a tray and loaded mugs of ale onto it to save repeated trips through the jostling crowd. She made her way slowly through the room distributing ale to the men and women of the bar, wrinkling her nose at the hot, stale breath greeting her as she made her rounds, handing the last two mugs to a man with greying hair despite his youthful face with a large Siberian tiger. "Sorry Sir, no meat today, it is stew and ale only," she explained quickly, "You will find proper meals at the inn down the road." She smiled politely and made her way back through the crowd, collecting empty mugs that were waving at her from every direction to refill behind the bar.

Sorry for being so avoiding guys, the real reason is I have two assignments due today and neither are finished yet! =P So don't order too many drinks hehe, talk to each other a bit coz I'm fairly pressed for time atm, it'll be fine from tomorrow onwards though :) This is why the quality of my writing won't be great today either

Zestia noticed the waitress was back from the back of the tavern. Shade just lay on the floor, hissing at people that dared come too close to him. Zestia decided to wait until the waitress was more free from the requests before she'd ask her to come over to her.

She's a busy girl, alright. Zestia thought.

Tatiana looked after the girl as she turned to leave, wondering where the promised meat was as Lev nodded in understanding at her before taking one mug for himself, passing the other one over to Viktorya.

He took a sip from his own as he looked around at the chaos in the bar, right now it was so loud that he doubted he could hear Viktorya's reply, even though she was sitting pretty close to him.

After a while, it seemed to dawn for Tatiana that she wasn't getting any meat this time around, and she growled discontentedly as she started sulking.

"Why of course, girl." Durkon walked back into a kitchen behind the display room.

Wait, we're sharing a bed!? That, that seems terribly uncomfortable, and with another woman too. Durkon, you didn't even ask me if it was alright. Prudence went and sat in a wood seat. Sue looked at her awkwardly, and she remembered about the biscuit. "Excuse me, Durk? Could you get one of those bird treats I asked you to keep a while back?"

"Those things? If I can find them, my lady, that was a while ago. They must be in the back of one of these cabinets."

"Thank you, Durkon. You're a very good man."

Kadence thanked the man as he walked away. As he went into the kitchen Kadence leaned against a nearby wall. She watched Pru talk to Durkon.

Garret was still by her side but she could tell he was eager to be hydrated. The wolf had settled down and sat on left side of her again, but he kept shifting his weight on his front paws, like he wanted to move but stopped himself each time. Every now and then as he shifted his head bumped against Kadence's leg.

Kadence smiled and debated moving over but knew that the Garret would just slide over too. So she waited to see if the man had a spare dish or would return with the dish already filled.

Durkon came through the door with a small bowl full of water. He placed it in the middle of the room, and tossed a small chip into the air. Sue quickly flew up and caught it in the air, then flew back to Prudence's shoulder and happily chewed on the biscuit.

"So, then I guess we're sharing a bed then," Prudence said. "I hope it's not to strange."

Garret looked up at Kadence when he saw the bowl of water set down. His partner nodded, and the wolf launched himself toward the bowl, skidding on the floor in his hurry. He planted himself in front of the bowl and started lapping up water as fast as he could.

Kadence sighed, then looked up as Pru spoke. "Oh. Yeah I uh..hope so too." She replied hesitantly before she walked over closer to her Companion. She picked a new wall to lean against. When Garret was finished with the water he shook himself once and calmly walked over to lay down next to Kadence. She chuckled and knelt down to ruffle his fur. Now that he was hydrated the wolf was back to his usual self.

Please let this be less awkward. I don't like being with people I haven't met. Sue started chirped at Prudence again. "No, Sue. I said one biscuit." Sue chirped. "Alright, I didn't say one, but you knew what I meant." She chirped again. "You can have another later today."
