In Assassin's Creed if you take of running form guards chances are you'll hear "You can't run forever!" It takes a bout 30 seconds to lose them. Or my personal favourite "I will catch you!"

I haven't actually played this game or know its name, but while being held in prison before waiting for your execution a guard says "You try to escape, we kill you. You don't try to escape, we kill you."

Even better though is after a successful escape and recapture, "You don't brush your teeth, we kill you. You brush your teeth, we kill you. I don't brush my teeth we, we kill you, so remind me."

I always find it funny in oblivion when the npc's blame your actions on the rats.

In one situation there was two bandits standing next to each other and I killed one of them with an arrow and the other one just went, "Damn rats! Always skirting around in the shadows!"
