Not really. I have thought "Gosh, what a shame", but haven't cried. I'm just too manly. =P
But it's manly to cry. It's just a matter of when you cry.

Prince of Persia (2009), at the end. :( I welled up into tears. I knew it was coming, too. Not because I heard about it before hand, but rather, I saw it coming.

I couldn't remember anything untill someone mentioned CoD. When your squad leader dying throws you a gun so you can kill the main bad guy and later you see him being reanimated and you know that he is dead... Well I was close to tears and I'm one jaded ************. I know my friends being close to tears as well, almost all of them.

Mass Effect.

<spoiler=If you haven't played,do not click this>Choosing Ashley or Kaiden.
That was a truly tense, exciting moment of the game. Shame that that's as far as my game works, disc's scratched. It just stops at 80%.
Disc repair, Blockbuster games? £2! :) Worked on my copy of The Sims 2
CHEERS! Will try that! :) Want to finish it before ME2. :D
Well you are quite welcome, hope it works for you! :)

The endings of mgs3 and mgs4 really cut me to the core, god Big Boss's life is depressing.
Also, the ending of FFX always gets to me, but maybe because I'm one of the few people who actually kinda liked Tidus.

The death of that certain character in Final Fantasy VII (sorry, I hate spoilers, so no names). It was emotional to begin with, but to keep playing her theme through the following boss battle was a move of true artistic genius.

The end of Planetarian: The Reverie of a Little Planet had me blubbering harder than I had since my parents got divorced (although your mileage may vary over whether you'd even consider that a game- it's a "kinetic novel", kind of like a visual novel with the gameplay removed).

I think I may have gotten a little misty-eyed at the endings of Illusion of Gaia, Terranigma and Lufia II, although I may be misremembering.

I think there have been some others, but I can't really remember. Video games have to work a lot harder to bring me to tears than, say, anime because it's usually harder to get the mood across.

The scene where Kaim meets Cooke and Mack in Lost Odyssey, and then their mother dies and everyone is crying even Kaim.

I burst out laughing when I read this.

For me, I cried when my monster died in Monster Rancher 2. I will never forget you, Blue Hound.

At the end of FFX and FFX-2

FFX because it was an end to a really emotional story and we had to say goodbye to Auron.

FFX-2 because it was terrible. Why bring Tidus back? Good endings are rubbish.

The ending of Jak and Daxter 3, where I thought the duo was join to split up

The near end of Jak and Daxter 3, when Damos died without realizing he was Jak's father

The end of Jak and Daxter 2, where the plot came together in such a brilliant way

The near end of Jak 2, where Sig apparently died

Yea, J&D is a fanfuckingtastic series

Back in 1997 when I played Star Fox 64 for the first time in the last level where fox?s dad appears and saves him and then when he is safe his dad disappears and fox is left looking for him. That made me cry, I mean a few small tears not full blown crying or anything.
It was touching for me.
