I say Blacksite: Area 51.
I thought that was pretty decent actually.
It had the potential to be good, but it fell short of even my most minimal expectations. The gameplay got boring, the alien weapons were pathetic, and there were too many bugs.

The orange box. I've never felt so ripped off by a next generation game. It put me to sleep and my god the driving sections are just blow your brains out terrible.

Lost Kingdoms

At first it seemed like a nice concept.
Throwing cards that come to life, capturing mosters into cards.
You know, sort of Magic The Gathering meats Pokémon.

But in a utter DICK move you get one rare card each level, and you have blindly pick it from 3 face down cards. Not the rare one? Too bad. either re-load or suck it up.

Also it was very repetitive.

Star Ocean: TtEoT

It seems like it would be a great game and then you realize how incredibly cliche and unoriginal it is. That games stands as a perfect snapshot of every negative quality an RPG can have.

I'm sure this will incur the wrath of some weeaboo, causing him to spit chewed pocky across his keyboard in a nerd rage, yet I do not care.

Get out. Postal kicks ASS.
I agree, and I can't wait for Postal 3! You ever see the movie? It's the one good movie Uwe Boll did. He didn't try to make it all serious, he did what he should have: MAde it into a black comedy! Love the crap out of it!

Never. ever. ever. buy oneechanbara. I rented it, I got nothing, it looked horrible, and the gameplay was hours crap. I'm ashamed to have it on my played games list.
Which Onechanbara game did you play? Because I can't speak for the 360 game, as I've never played it, but if you're talking about its Wii sequel: Bikini Zombie Slayers, I'll be more than happy to debate you over how awesome a game it is!

Well, from my collection;

The Hive
The Thing
Myst III
Lord of the Rings Conquest
Silent Hill Origins
Evil Dead Regeneration
Clocktower 2&3
State of Emergency
Manhunt 2 (I loved #1 but the second was a steaming pile)

And that is what I haven't blocked from my memory.

the only game I've been really, really disappointed with was L4D2.
Come now, it wasn't ALL that bad. Sure they screwed us over with the baseball bat and gave us even less memorable characters like Rochell and Nick, and also did not even mention the first game in the least (I expected that with a save from the 1st game that you could play as the 1st characters), but It gave us the cricket bat and threw even more mutant zombies at us for variety.

Truthfully, I bear mixed feelings about the game, but I like the meele weapons. Let's hope the next game has a "Choose your Character" screen with all the survivors from the old games and the ability to mix-n-match your team.

Whatever you do, don't get Spore. The idea behind the thing was pretty good, but the execution of the entire thing was terribad.

Also, a slightly older game, but Enclave. Dear god is that game a horrible mess. The graphics and sound are acceptable given the age of the game, and managed to lure me in back then, but the gameplay... *shiver*.

The Orange Box isn't a game. You're talking about Half-Life 2: Episode Two, and I don't agree with you. But even for people who don't like Ep2, there's always Half-Life 2 and HL2: Episode One, and Team Fortress 2. And let's not forget the genius puzzle game Portal.

I'm afraid I can't really think of a game that's so bad you really should not buy it. I generally always try to be as informed as I can get about games before I buy them, to prevent buying anything I won't like. Rayman Raving Rabbids is the closest thing to a bad game I can 'suggest', I guess. Fun for about three days, after which you realize that there is only very little to do in that game besides wacky minigames. The on-rail shooter levels where you have to shoot drain cleaners at rabbids are fun though. (Rabbids is not misspelled, that's what the game is really named like.)

Sim City Societies.

Let's just say that of the four viruses I've had, that was the worst.

I have been waiting for this thread just to mention command and conquer 4 tiberian twilight.

It is real time tactics and bears no resemblance to *real* cnc.

If you do intend to buy it, make sure you have an internet connection stolen from the Olympian gods because you will sure as hades need it!

I am going to say Soldner. Not only is it buggy and hilariously stupid (I took a tank to assainate a single man who only had a pistol and no bodyguards), but when I tried to install it, the CD had a virus on it.

Games that are simply not good(i.e. Bad, if it wasn't obvious enough) or are not interesting you in anyway.

If that isn't the most simple yet absolutely right answer you're going to get, then there's a slight possibility that people posting on this topic are simply dumping redundancy and personal hatred against otherwise okay or good games that offended them because of X reason.
... Oh wait, they are.

Well well, am I ever so positive to gaming communities...
Shush, leave us to our delusions of thinking our opinions matter.

On topic, X-Blades. It's not even a good hack'n'slasher to make up for the annoying protagonist.

I was talking about the 360 game, thus the list because you can see games a person has played over live (I don't think you can do that for the wii). However, if the 360 version is anything to go by the wii version shouldn't be too much better.
