The Shrek 2 game. Not incredible, but just solid when playing with friends. (I was fairly young when I played this)

Killer 7 for me. I started playing and had one of those big WTF?! moments when I was basicly hurled into it like someone being tossed by a bouncer from a nightclub And had no idea what was going on. The rail system was simplistic, but once I got into it I found it very enjoyable with it's storyline, visuals, characters and gameplay

All Suda 51 games seem to be a strange amount of fun

If youve played halo3 without liking halo 1 or 2, then you are kinda weird. halo 3 IS NOTHING MORE then halo 2 or 1 besides the weapons, which have been DOWNGRADED.

For gameplay, halo2, for storyline, halo1, and yes, for multiplayer, halo3 i must admit.

(btw this isnt my reply to the thred.)

The Sims. I really wasn't expecting it to be any good. It took a while for me to get used to, but I like it.

I only played Tales of Symphonia that first time around because all my other games had been stolen by airport baggage people. Four years later I've finished it four times with 50+ hours on each file. Eight-and-a-third days well-spent.

Before I played Kingdom Hearts, I thought it bore one of the most idiotic concepts ever used in a game. When I played it, I loved it. It's amazing how well that concept worked, considering I hated it so.
When I found Kingdom Hearts in the pre-owned pile at a local EB Games, I thought it would be something to pass the time. When I played it... well, I was rushing to the stores on the first day to get Kingdom Hearts 2.

As for me, Crysis. Yes, I know quite a few people think its all graphics and no gameplay, and, I admit, I judged it before I played it. However, when I finally upgraded from my old computer, I was able to play Crysis on some decent settings and, far from the graphics (which are very nice, don't get me wrong), the best part of the game for me is the ability to use the suit-powers on the fly and mess around with the KPA. I suppose that'll teach me not to judge a book solely on its cover.

This. Hated it at first, took a bit of forcing myself to get into the groove of it all. Very nice game, and VATS never got old (for me, anyway.)

Plus, my bloke looked like Indiana Jones. :D

Yeah, I though VATS would get rather stale too, but it was actually rather entertaining each time

The Witcher. I was expecting it to be good, but not THAT good! Can't wait for the console version!

Also Mount&Blade is surprisingly addictive and fun.

Bloom Block was surprisingly fun. My little brother rented it and it looked like just another crappy Wii game. Turned into one of the best times I have ever had playing games with my brother.

Amped 3, simply because i've somewhat enjoyed games that you could kill hours by doing runs with lots of tricks, it was fun, although some more variety of hills would have been nice.

Motorcross madness 2, a friend gave me a ripped copy, and after playing it awhile it was in the same boat of that "kill hours of time" gameplay, where you can set up a course on a map, 30 checkpoints to a lap, with 100's of combinations, made it fairly worthwhile. it was probably the reason i didn't enjoy Pure so much.

God Hand. It got terrible reviews and quickly fell through the cracks, but I picked it up on a message board's recommendation and fell in love with it.
