I'm pretty sure that's called "Halo 3 Recon" It's supposed to take place prior to the events of Halo 3. And you don't play the Master Chief. If its anything past mediocre then it'll be better than Halo 3.

Nah, LBP will sell, but its not my sort og game, as for Killzone, does anyone remember how bad the first one was, don't hold out hope, as for the 360, Microsoft are playing to win by buying the competition, I would feel sorry for Sony but they were suck assholes when promoting their shiny black box that had no games whatso ever I feel inclined to laugh at them.

Actually, its quite anticipated. The originals sold relatively well, and this was back when the PS2's online service was a pain in the arse.

The problem now isn't that Sony's online service is a pain in the arse...It is that Slant Six screwed the pooch. They rushed Confrontation out before making any major fixes from the equally bad beta, and are attempting to patch the game and ensure the stability of the servers after launch. They had a 500 MB patch up for download on day one, and the game still barely works.

It will be a great game once it is fixed, but right now you are pretty much paying $40-$60 for a "Unable to connect to server" screen that doubles as a paperweight.

How so exactly? The only thing that would bug me is that the analogue sticks don't have indents.

The original Killzone was extremely atmospheric and intense and incredibly immersive (for it's time), and most of the people who've played it really enjoyed it including myself.

The original Killzone was extremely atmospheric and intense and incredibly immersive (for it's time), and most of the people who've played it really enjoyed it including myself.

Are you kidding, it was a poor black and white shooter with horrible controls that was hyped lke crazy, of course I bought it, and hated it...its my opinion, you have your I disliked Killzone 1, and Killzone 2 looks like a COD 4 clone with the sci - fi element thrown in.

I also played the original Killzone and am, admittedly, still fairly skeptical of Killzone 2. I didn't hate the original Killzone, I just thought that it wasn't anything overly special. It COULD have been a lot better, is basically what I'm saying.

Sorry, I just came up with that joke the second I saw this thread.

Its still possible after all, and I figure it would be even likely for Gears 3, but I do doubt it would happen for Gears 2. But I'm not kicking. The first wasn't that good when I tried it, and this doesn't seem much better.

WE have resistance 2, The better verison of gears of war. Also with vehicles. And great Co-op. The 30-foot monsters are a plus.

Killzone 2 will have decent online play? Think of call of duty 4 on a bigger scale.

Not true. Epic merely said they aren't doing the port if there is going to be one, but they didn't do the port of the original either (it was another developer, People Can Fly, which was bought out by Epic after they were impressed by the new content they added to the PC version).
