Stay by Shakespeare's Sister. Makes me sad every time.

On the flipside though there is a lot of songs on my phone/mp3 player/washing machine that fill my heart with Joy in the drop of a note.
I think the two of us may be the only ones who know this song.

I'd say Moonlight sonotta, yes I know it's not a song, but it always makes me very depressed.
Well it is supposed to be a description of the moon and night-time to a blind girl so I can understand. Baker's Adagio for strings is also a real tear jerker piece of music.

"Life is too short" by scorpions or "space oddity"(original version) by David Bowie.
Don't know why, but the former just makes me feel sad.
Also bohemian rapsody. Why? Why not?

No. Next question.
What did you have for breakfast?
Shreddies. NEXT!
What did you WISH you had for breakfast?
Zac Efron. Doesn't everyone want to stick a knife in him?
Very true but Id rather have him as far away as possible as opposed to on my breakfast table....

Hey There, Delilah-Plain White T's. Every time I hear that song it reminds me of a very traumatizing part of my life I will never forget.

Theres one song that makes me cry. Only one person knows what it is. He's in Fort Knox now, encased in gold.

Listen to almost anything by Antony & the Johnsons, but especially Fistful of Love, River of Sorrow, Cripple and the Starfish, and Hope There's Someone. His voice is beautiful...but man are his songs depressing. Even the ones with relatively happy tunes and seemingly positive lyrics have darker imagery to keep them from being too "nice." Fistful of Love in particular sounds like it could be just another love song. Until you realize it's about being in an emotionally and physically relationship.

For me it has to be Boot Stamping on a Human Face Forever by Bad Religion. It really doesn't make you optimistic. Still a great song, though.

Blues Jam by Rollins Band.

Great song, seriously one of my all time favourites, but with lyrics like "Life will not break your heart,it'll crush it",its not casual listening.

For some reason, 'Paranoid Android' always makes me depressed. Actually, any Radiohead does that. Thom Yorke just has such a depressing voice.

Uhhh, actual good songs... 'Liar' by Eskimo Joe always makes me paranoid. 'Dust Bowl Dance' by Mumford & Sons is incredibly sad when you listen to the words...

Allot of the stuff by Black sabbath and some of the stuff from Voltaire(known for "brains" and "land of the dead" from the grim adventures of Billy and Mandy cartoon and working with Artix entertainment for their "Voltaire events".)Black Sabbath is, well Black sabbath, and Voltaire sings about allot of things that are actually kind of depressing, especially their "the devils bris" album. The man upstairs, ex-lovers lover, Ravens land. it is mainly the sound of the violins combined with the voice of Voltaire(the lead singers name) make it seem like all the characters are crazy, but most of them are.

Humans are addicted to being self-destructive, and it's obvious when you look at music, games, movies, books.. etc. If a song isn't depressing in nature, or incredibly suggestive, then it isn't good enough for a label. Whether that's by the very nature of the business or deliberate, who knows. Either way, it's always creeped me out.

I'd have to say:

10,000 Days (Wings, Pt 2)- Tool
Rock & Roll Suicide- David Bowie
Footsteps- Pearl Jam
