The picture is misleading. He does not represent the average guy.

That being said, I beat the 'average' guy in every category that counts. Which I am actually quite proud of.

Also, 3-10 minutes and 5.08" lol. No wonder women complain about men :)

Does that sex statistic include foreplay? If so, I go for 10x the mean session. I'm a tad shorter and lighter than most, I spend no money on fitness equipment or supplements, have smaller arms, can do more pushups and a ton more pullups and I have a slightly longer dick.

I love how this immediately turned into a penis measuring contest.
Precisely what I figured it would turn into.

Yay for being far above average!

Hmm... interesting. The picture is just a guideline, it has nothing to do with the stats surrounding him. Off topic... that guy needs to work on his flexibility, especially in the shoulders. He looks like a gorilla as is, no way he can put his arms to his sides.

-Not Physically fit, but getting closer
-$20 on supplements annually
-No training equipment; I use the gym
-104 resting heart rate?! I'm sick and coughing, so maybe that's why...
-5 hours per week exercise (really? Karate is 3.5 of that)
-Height 6'3"
-2 pounds gained per year, but I also lose it
-3 pull-ups
<spoiler=Risque stuff>-Suffice it to say this is my favourite topic of conversation... even so,I thought the average was between 6 and 7. Maybe gorilla boy changed the numbers!
-Porn sessions twice that number
-6 seconds seems like a long time for that...--------
UNKNOWN STATS
-Hell no I ain't running a mile, screw you gorilla boy
-Chest: unknown, very little there (boo)
-Body fat: unknown, very little there too (yay)
-Biceps: unknown, average
-Waist size: unknown, rather low

I haven't done many formal tests of some of those exercises, but I know I could beat the pullup/pushups/situps if I tried. I already do in my current workout.

As far as running the mile, I think that time listed is pathetic. I can run it in at least half that time. My best was a mile in about 5:40. And that was a few years ago.

The rest I don't get or is just redundant/bullshit information.

The average sex lasts 3-10 minutes? Man, I am WAY ahead of the curve!

Other than that, I'm pretty close to average in most of that. Though, I exercise a lot more than the national average.

Though, I imagine this list isn't really fair, as for every "average" guy you have the occasional Adonis bringing up the curve.....and a hundred slobs dragging it way, way down.

Wow I just have to comment on this;
"12:17 Average time to run a mile" Ha, I can run a mile in 11 minutes (specificly 2.4km in less then 11:13) and I look nothing like the guy in the picture (assuming he is the one who ran in that time)

And I lauged at the other... "fitness" facts on the bottom right.
Hell, when I was in the army I ran the 2 mile in about 13 minutes. Even now, three years later, I can easily put up times below fifteen minutes and my workout consists of about 10 hours of fencing practice a week (an activity that favors high intensity but relatively short duration workouts)

all these stats are based on excersise. Yes, men need to be physically strong, but they also need to know when to do the right thing; in and out of danger. He must be educated and know the disisions that are most beneficial to his family. Jeez, with this standardization muscleheads will be most fit to be the nextworld leader. I know those types, trust me, some of them are assholes. (keep in mind that I'm saying this to hide the fact that I can't do a single pull-up X'( )

lol, they put the lower of the penis measurements in bold. .2 inches more isn't great, but i like that they keep it in the fine print. also, considering that I'm competing with men up to three times my age, i had better be above average ;)

How the hell is that dude supposed to represent the average guy?
I mean, I know it's just a picture, but still.
What.
It doesn't, lol, I think it's the projected image of guys seen on TV and the reality of it with numbers. (Or at least their reality with the people they've tested, I trust standardized tests not so much...)

---

I'm not really sure if I consider myself physically fit, I consider myself to be physically powerful but my stamina is fairly low. I don't spend any money on vitamins and supplements, unless sleeping pills count. I don't own any fitness equipment xD I get the impression that my heart rate is around 52, as stated but I didn't count how many there were in a minute :p

I take martial arts classes 3 times a week but I'm not sure I actually get that much excercise out of it. 1 Pull-up? That's an odd number, I find myself at the point where I simply can't pull myself up, my arms just seem to lock there and don't move, it isn't even a matter of strain. I think I'll have someone else record how long I lived :p I'm 20 and to my knowledge in the best shape of my life now.

12:17? That's not really running a mile, that's running/jogging, having to slow down to catch your breath and then slowly continuing. If I actually ran it'd be closer to 6 minutes I think. Couldn't say how much muscle I lose a year... since I think I gain it instead. I'm 5'9", no idea how many tenths.

I don't know if I have a good way to measure my chest and I don't believe I've spent much time developing it. I wish I knew how to find out how much % body fat I have. Once again dunno how to measure. I have never measured myself and atm I have no intention to, and I'm not good at estimating length xD

I suppose I could say I'm average except that I'm slightly more muscular than the average man, I'd mentioned I'm a little overweight but considering this is probably an American test I doubt that'd put me out of the ordinary :O

---

I haven't conducted such a test, but I would bet a large sum of money that most men pretend to have larger penises than they actually do or they suck at estimating length. 5 Inches IS a standard length.

---

Oh, I missed a particular stat... the average man's bicep size when flexed is 13 inches? O_O... Uhhh, are you sure that isn't just the length of their upper arm? Everything else on this test has showed average or not particularly good, but 13 inch biceps? Do these 'normal men' work out only their biceps regularly?

---

Saw another silly one at the bottom in small print, 1 out of 7 people would rather work out then have sex? Unless there are extenuating circumstances I think we can call BS on that as well.

Wow that resting heart rate is low, screw healthy people. I think mine usually around the 70-80 area, BP around 100-110/70. Then again, I'm pretty lightweight. I'm not sure how much I could bench, but I remember absolutely wrecking people in P.E. when it came to pull-ups. I wasn't surprised by the 1 pull-up, I saw that a lot in high school even.

That number of pullups is depressing.
inorite?

OT: I'm not even 18 and I'm almost 6' tall. ALSO: Who the HELL has 13 inch biceps? WTF?
Actually, if you're not fat (in which case you have "fatceps") or don't lift weights, you most likely have 12-14 inch biceps around. That's pretty average for most normal weight guys I see. I had 11-12 inch biceps in high school and early college until I started lifting weights and eating more, now I'm around 15-16 flexed.

Ok, I hate to sound like I'm bragging but . . . 3 to 10 minutes? where the HELL did that statistic come from? I don't remember ever being "done" in less than an hour . . . and that was the night I "left the islands" if you catch my drift . . . there HAS to be something wrong with this . . .

not to mention the 45 inch chest, the 13 inch biceps . . . something is very wrong here

according to this poster the "average man" is 5 feet 9 inches tall, has a 5 inch dick, can't screw for more than 10 mins (at most) without getting tired out, has a GIANT chest and GIANT biceps and works out all the time.

Well then again, they do say that if all you work on is the muscles other things start to fall. Endurance at lifting or running is not the same as other forms of endurance . . . and average man at 17% body fat? shenanigans ladies and gentlemen. Shenanigans . . .
