Well, first off, I'm not even sure if this thread goes into this forum. But if it does, I'm new and I'd love some welcomes, any important advice, and an explanation of why I'm a paperboy. If anyone would be so kind as to answer any of these questions, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Im older then you and you still have more posts i think... i spend to much time on Genre Wars.. but i am 7 on leader board.

I honestly have no god damn clue why a bunch of people see fit to derail threads. It's annoying for anyone not innvolved, since the thread you guys are derailing is supposed to contain a specific topic wich people would really like to actually discuss. And if you say that you guys are derailing because you find it funny, and don't care what others think - then fine. You're a twat. Threads are made to discuss specific topics. And what you guys' derailing does, is to push down posts that actually has something to do with the topic at hand. And that's fucking annoying.

You're not participating in any way. You're talking about stuff that has no remote matter at the topic at hand, and you're all acting like it's a forum game where you're supposed to have fun - please do stop it. I say this once, and will probably say it again: Stop worshipping Max! Stop following his every "lead". Stop copying his act! It will only lead to bad things. Max will most likely be banned in the nearest future, due to his senseless derailing of good threads. And when he does. the derailing will hopefully be reduced a bit. Because derailing is in no means or form good. It's plain annoying, bad and is helping no one.

I know this is off-topic, but you guys are destroying this thread. Even though it's a thread that should not have been made, you shouldn't derail it. You should simply say what need sto be said, and move on! Threads are not made on the Escapist so that you can have a place to fuck about! Please hear what I'm trying to say. There's so many that is fed up with you guys' bull maonour. And in the end derailing is no-good-deeds. I will have no problems with natural derailing on the span of four posts. That's okay. Are you in any way trying to make fun of me - because in that case: You better not be. I'm deadly serious. I'm sick and tired of good threads being derailed. I mean no wonder this poor chap had to make his own thread, when the "welcome to the site" thread has been derailed into to damn forrest by Max and his supporters.

It's stuff like that that is being caused by derailing. And before I know it, you'll be derailing really good threads as well. And as you probably know - threads that are being derailed too far, is usually locked before their purposes are fullfilled. Derailing does no good. And one of the biggest problems with this site is that it takes too lightly on derailing. Derailing does nothing but hurt the thread (of course, it brings the derailers immiedate temporarely joy) it's being applyed on. And that thread good have been a great discussion - something most of us are here for. Something most of us long for. And something many may be starved of, because of you guys' derailing

I just want to enjoy my favourite website it's supposed to. I just want my fellow Escapist to have the great pleasure this site preovides if it's handled the right way. And that's hard if people are derailing the threads.

Listen, I know how fun going about and say the most bizarre things is. How fun it is to pretend you're batshit insane (read: Have an outlet for it). How fun it is to go about and just have wierd conversations. It's just that these flock the threads which are supposed to hole meaningful conversations. Those who's supposed to hold good, and thoughtfull discussions. When you guys are derailing it with nonsene, these conversations and discussions will be non-exsitant. This stuff you do is very fun, I know. But it is a way of pleasing everyone. Keep that stuff in Forum Games. If there's not allready a forum game about it - make one. Have your fun there, so that people wishing to indulge in meaningful conversations are able to do so without you guys having to give outlet for your desires in the middle of it
