Does the first ever and largest Bass Pro Shop in the world count? The damn thing takes up 3-4 city blocks. If not, then the St. Louis Arch is about 3 hours away.

I got the Space Needle in Seattle. About it I guess. Not that there is not a lot of things in the state that I would expect people here to know, but nothing that I would expect someone halfway around the world to know about.

I live in Shropshire. We don't do monuments. We do fields and cows.

I do live about 15 miles away from the town where Charles Darwin was born though, if that counts?

For some reason I thought I lived near Stonehenge... Apparently not. It's in Wiltshire where my family originates and I've been there a few times.
I can't think of anything in West Yorkshire to be honest.

I live Coagh, a simple and plain village in the outskirts of Northern Ireland. Trust me, there isn't a famous monument around for miles.
