Me like this idea as well...can we not shoot then if they stop infront of you...means they won't do it again.

All persons may legally kneecap anyone that uses the n-word, regardless of race.
I am a black/white/native American male, fyi, and in my opinion that's become such an abused/overused slang word that it's as embarrassing to hear anyone say as "You got served" "bootycall" and my other personal favorite "owned".

FFS do people even understand how to properly contextualize their vernacular anymore?!

*shudders with anger*

The 'lawbook?' Yup. That's its name alright.

I would make a law that would leagalize pot, as well as every other "illegal" substance we have.

Before you start booing me, let me state my reasons: Tobacco is taxed. Tobacco slowly kills you over time, yet people still use it. Now there are worse drugs than tobacco out there, but any kind of overdose from any drug will kill you. If people are smart not to take it in the first place, or to take VERY LITTLE, they won't get addicted. Making a drug illegal will not eliminate the drug in the first place. But, regulating them might actually cause the usage to go down.
It's like eliminating the warning labels on things you buy. If you're not aware that putting your hand or a fork into a power strip will shock you, then seriously? You should suffer the consequences. If you survive, you won't do it again.

Everyone who joins the military must be interviewed to see how much of a maniac they are, if they pass and are proven to be crazy, or want to join just to get a gun and/or shoot people, we don't let them join.

You have to take a IQ, common sense, sanity and maturity test to gain access to such things as a car, a baby, the internet and owning a weapon.
I'm going to have to agree with this one.
Me too. Idiots should not have children and guns.

Not so seriously? Creation of the Ultranet, like the internet, but without the morons. You have to sit a capability test that examines your reasoning, intelligence and emotional capacities before being allowed access to it.
What is the position of your Ultranet on the psychopathic community?

Simple: For all other laws to be justified they must first show considerable evidence that direct harm has come to another.

I am big on the idea that the only law there should be is those that protect people, even if it is via punishing those that hurt people. None of this 'law of morality' crap. None of these 'protecting you from yourself' bullshit. None of this 'unofficial taxes' and other fines for stupid and above all harmless actions.

No, all laws have to prove that someone would be directly harmed by the outlawed actions before they would be considered valid from that point on.

On addendum: People here have to realise that many will disobey a lot of these laws, seek ways around them or otherwise rebel against them. Executing pot smokers and booze drinks will lead to uprising in the streets and repealing said law, for example, if the courts didn't rule it 'unconstitutional' or such. Keep this in mind when you make your laws, and try to make ones that people will WANT to support instead of being forced to support.

Any post I could say would pale in comparison to this.

Exemplery Order 13: Armed Commissars shall walk the streets, dispensing justice to all those noncompliant with my regime by means of a high-calibre bullet to the forehead. The following persons are hereby listed as 'noncompliants':

Any person wearing a tracksuit and a baseball cap at the same time, assuming they are not partaking in physical exercise. Groups of such people shall be dispersed by means of a high-explosive grenade round.

Any person who cites any inferior muscians (for a full list of inferior musicans, see Exemplary Order 14) when quizzed on their muscial preference.

Any person seen driving an unneccesarily modified car.

Any person guilty of cowardice, be it moral, physical or otherwise.

Any person guilty of religous intolerance.

Any person questioning the Prime Ministership of Rolling Thunder.

Any person questioning the supreme rule of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second.

Any male found guilty of ungentlemanly conduct.

For a full list of other offences, please reference Departmento Munitorum Manuel, Section III, Chaper 8, Clause 47.
I really hope you are kidding, and if not, them I will drive a car with a cool pain job with 25 different mirrors.

I will join the military and not kill anyone.

I will yell at a Christan person "Hey, how about you go kill some Jews ya Nazi."

I will say "What the fuck is a Prome Minister of Rolling Thunder, he sounds like a bad British rock musician who sucks so much he does not even do drugs.

I will yell at the Queen "Go on a diet you fat *****."

And I think all the things I just did are ungentlemanly enough.

With all do seriousness, everything you said is wrong and unfair.

Mine would be that everyone has a full evaluation of their entire being at 18. It would measure things such as intelligence and physical prowess. This evaluation shows where you would rightly belong in life and provides government funding to help you accomplish this. If you fail, which is to say you exhibit no physical prowess and less than basic knowledge, you get sold to a cat food factory.

You could retry, but you'd have to pay and it'd be a different set of questions to stop cheating.
This doesn't seem very fair. I'm not exactly bright but I know when to keep my mouth shut, especially when something I have no clue on is being discussed

Laws are kind of funny to me.

Basically ever law has a single major flaw.

People who agree with the law would have never done what the law bans in the first place.

A small percentage of people (negligable) will actually not do the thing because of the law.

Anyone who was going to do what the law bans in the first place are going to do it anyways.

All laws really do is give people the ability to imprison folks that they don't agree with.

If you own a white van or have EVER honked your horn at a person doing the speed limit, you will be shot in the leg.
