I'd fall flat on my arse seeing as I'd jump before the plane even took off (I'd recieve a small bruise on my backside after a 5ft drop).

As for everyone else's reccomndation of streamlining before you hit the ground so you die faster, if you're jumping from a great height then I would assume that death would be instant regardless of whether you make yourself more aerodynamic.
