Telekinesis. It'd be awesome. Think of all the stuff you could do and all the things that you'd throw at people. Not to mention that nobody would ever mess with you again. "Hey, you want some of this?" *knock the guy flat while jester you hand slightly* "I didn't think so."
Teleportation, but Night Crawler style because the ink thing is cool. Just imagine, anyone you don't like you just grab, teleport 1500 feet straight up, and drop. Just from watching Jumper, which isn't all that great of a movie anyway, it looks awesome.
Telekinesis would be pretty cool too.
The ability to fly I'd love to have, and it's basically just a slower form of teleportation that you could enjoy a little bit more if you're traveling somewhere.
That would be if I had both his powers.
If all else fails I'd just want to be Wolverine. He's pretty much the most badass mutant ever.

I'd want forge's power. The ability to build literally anything out of anything. E.g I could build a machine that steals everyone else's powers out of an old watch.
Enhanced strength, animal senses, a healing factor, telekinesis, and basically Taskmaster's ability.
That's all I need, mon ami.
Oh, and I would love to be able to replicate any voice I hear. I could finally be able to pull off a cajun accent.

What most people have picked here are actually super powers rather than mutations (regeneration and enhanced strength are realsistically possible while there is no way in hell anyone could shoot lightning or teleport at will).
I personally would choose to have a venomous barb, chameleon like colour changing or the properties of a bombadeer beetle (with the explosive chemicals coming our of somewhere like my mouth or hands rather than my arse).

Now for the topic...I'd have to say that extra fast regeneration would be the go.
Mostly for the whole no more aging me for me awesomeness.
