Lets all complain about how Skyrim sucks and how oblivion is beter

Funny, at the moment I'm playing Morrowind, not Oblivion.

However, I have hight hopes for Skyrim.

You... You havn't even played skyrim. You understand the morrowind fans are complaining for legitimate reasons like the writing sucked going from morrow to obliv and the VA cast got cut by 90%. If Skyrim was better in every way than obliv I don't think you'd hear a lot of complaining. Some people will always complain when you change things, naturally. But you'll get a lot more complaining when it's a change for the worse.

They could surprise us by actually fixing what was broke before. They kind of did that with Morrowind in a number of ways, but they also created a bunch of new flaws in the process. I'm a bit curious to see how this one ends up. Still, I'll probably just await the reveiws before I spend actual money on it.

I don't think claiming there was a voice actor cut of 90% from Morrowind to Oblivion is particularly legitimate, considering Morrowind had only a speech at the start and some background grunting.

Fine maybe people sequels don't feel as good. Well maybe your expectations are always too high. And even if they aren't Skyrim doesn't have to be bad just because other sequels are.

We recorded more dialogue yes. With fewer people. And you always had NPC chatter. When all the races didn't sound alike it was far easier on the ears. I think hearing the same man do dark elves and wood elves and high elves for about 20 hours each was certainly something worthy of complaint. I'm sorry if in your infinite snarkiness you disapprove. And by the way, I didn't just say "voice actor cut." I said "voice actor cast cut". If you're going to try to snipe at least get some reading comprehension.

Dear lord how I agree about captcha. I have some screenshots of some real winners. Upside down letters, special characters, Hebraic alphabet and some captchas so mish-mashed it was hard to tell what they were trying to say. I usually just have to keep pulling the slot machine handle for a good 30 seconds till something I can replicate pops up. You'd think we could at some point be identified as "not ad bot" Like maybe past 500 posts without moderator action. And before you try to snipe me again woodsey, or jedimb I am aware you can pay just 20 dollars to live without captcha. But I'd rather pay nothing you see.
