It doesn't look as bad as some of the fourth gen pokemon, but it's certainly not great. A step in the right direction at least. Really though, did we need more? All I want at this point is for them to announce that Missingno is the star of the very last pokemon movie, then make him the official last pokemon(oh the things that will never happen).

When I was a young'un, there were only 151 Pokemon and we had to hike several miles each day through dense forests populated with Weevils and Caterpies and dodgy effeminate bug catchers in extremely short shorts until we finally got the ability to fly from town to town after much sweat and blood on our part! And don't even get me started on Team Rocket!

150. Mew wasn't catchable.

Meh. Its a Pokemon game. I'll buy it. Will I enjoy the new Pokemon? Will they replace my Scizor and MewTwo. Something tells me no...
Actually, Mew was programmed into red and blue. You just had to mess with the game in order to get him to appear. so, 151.

you think they'd have so many Pokemon at this point that they could have a Poke-uprising and send the human-centered power structure in upheaval. Many of them seem to have imposable thumbs so they shouldn't have any problem stockpiling pokeballs and using them to capture the humans.

Looks interesting. I'm still buying it anyway. It looks like a grass type and I love grass type pokemon.
What are you smoking? It's already confirmed to be dark type. And if it has a second type, it's more likely to be fire than grass.

But yeah, like they needed ANOTHER fox pokemon. they could have made a lot of other things- a wolf, a gorilla (dark/fighting), a tiger, a lion, an eagle/falcon, or a non-flying dragon pokemon. But NO. They had to make another fox pokemon. Not impressed.

But I am excited, a brand new gen means possibilities. Like the possibility of new evos for pokemon that didn't evolve before, new attack moves, new abilities, etc. Until I know more about it, the door's still wide open for some good stuff to come out.

*sigh*

Now thats 494 gaddamn pokemon.
How am I supposed to catch them all if you keep fucking making more?

They have parts of old pokemon on a table and just mix and match now.

They took a vulpix,a darkrai and a lucario, slapped it together, and made it go super-saiyan.

Wow that...doesn't look very unique.

Why do I have a feeling that this is the new common monster than you'll encounter everywhere and all the time...

Looks a lot better than the other pokemon that have came out

It does look kinda cool. I like its second form more than the first.
Same here.

From looking at it and the name of the upcoming movie, i think its safe to say is going to be a Dark/Fire type.
Serebii.net has it listed as pure dark, according to the scans.
And if it's dark fire, it better be badass, because Houndoom is still one of the best pokemon of all time.
Houndoom all the way.
man, not only does it have great stats....it just looks awesome.
Sigh, if only i could play pokemon.

1. They haven't. The regional dexes have different numbers but when you get the national dex they have the same ones as before
2. That's the whole point of Sudowoodo, it's supposed to look like a tree but it isn't. (Sudowoodo, Master of DIsguise)

My friends said I was crazy when I made Houndoom cornerstone of my Platinum team.
They were wrong when they said he was stupid. I'm the one laughing now.
Pokemon is serious business with my group.

Maybe the next one revealed will be a Pokemon called CASHCOW.

It could have Meowth's old move. What was it called?

Oh yeah.

PAYDAY.

I was thinking that after you tackle time and space (Palkia and Dialga), paraellel universe (Girintina), and what is essentially god (Arceus), there wouldn't be anything else to do outside of going into outer-space and visiting an alien planet. Are they ever going to wrap up the "adventures of Ash and friends" and let the series go?

I think they need more writing on that page. And they should give sonic back too. Surely kidnapping is not the answer.
