Pretty much all of it except Stoner metal.

Sorry, Furburt, I just can't get into it.

But Numetal, Alt Metal, Jmetal, Screamo, Power Metal, Grindcore, Industrial, Viking, Folk, Melodic you name it, I'll like it or at least listen to it.

I pretty much listen to all the sub-genres, so I guess it's time for a list:
Rock 'n' Roll - Motörhead - any song
Heavy Metal - Judas Priest - also any song (painkiller and before that)
Speed Metal - Baphomet's Blood - Speed Metal Warriors
Black Metal - Katharsis - 666 (Hohelied der Wiedererweckung)
Death Metal - Necros Christos - Christ was not of Goatborn Blood
Thrash Metal - Gehennah - King of the Sidewalk
Doom Metal - The Lamp of Thoth - S/T
Pagan/Heathen Metal - Primordial(the only one band I like in the entire genre) - Empire Falls
Black/Thrash Metal - Gospel of the Horns - Slaves
American Power Metal - Manilla Road - Necropolis
Punk/Metal - Children of Technology - Chaosmutant Hordes
Doom/Punk - Satan's Satyrs - Lycancycler Cult
Black 'n' Roll - Midnight - White Hot Fire
War Metal - Order From Chaos - Stillbirth Machine
Hard Rock - Rainbow - Stargazer

I like a lot but I hate a lot more, trust me :D

I don't like to get too caught up in subgenres. Too many fights break out between metal fans because of them. Though, if you much know lately I've been really getting into metalcore and melodic metalcore.

Metalcore - All That Remains
Groove Metal - Devil Driver, Lamb Of God
Melodic Death Metal - Children Of Bodom
Symphonic Metal - Nightwish, Evanescence
Folk Metal - Subway To Sally, Eluviete
Funk Metal - Mammal, Primus
But my 3 fav. genres

Nu-Metal - Korn, Mudvayne, Slipknot ETC.
Industrial Metal / NDH Metal - Rammstein, OOMMPH!, Ministry ETC
Grunge (If you wana count it with metal) - Nirvana and my guilty pleasure Nickleback, but not rockstar!!!!

Btw, I know so of the genres arn't 100% but thats wat my itunes classes them as so its easier to sort through

Dethklok obviously. Other than them I would say Dying Fetus, Man must Die. Various other bands with synonyms for death in the title. The band closest to my heart would be a competition between Children of Bodom or DEATH.

And while I wouldn't exactly label Buckethead as "Metal" exactly. You can't deny that he has serious skill in his music.

Can't resist stuff like this.

On a serious note, I'm a big fan of most of the things already listed in this thread, so I'll try and stick some things in that haven't been mentioned yet rather than lots and lots of Megadeth.

I've currently (and by currently, I mean over a year) digging a band called The Empire Shall Fall. Nice band, a few members used to play jazz and they encorporate that precision and style into their music. Jesse Leach is a good vocalist.

And I've always been a fan of Dream Theater too, although most of the people I talk to aren't really fans. I think they're very very talented musicians. And I gotta love lyrics like that.

I can't say much else then Thrash Metal as a favourite. I always thought the best medium's in any media distribution (My best wording for classifaction of TV, Music, Movies, etc.) are the ones you're able to take 'piss' out of, though can still enjoy as a whole.

As far as all Metal goes however, I haven't heard much that I didn't like.
