Need for Speed: Most Wanted

No matter how many times I tried, no matter how much I practised, no matter how much I upgraded my car, I could NEVER beat Earl (the last guy before the final area is unlocked). I had been enjoying the game up to that point, but that particular race seemed impossible. Finally, I had enough; I deleted my save and traded the game in.
I've 100% that game on xbox 360 lol.

And my worst moment would have to be, LAG in games especially shooters on consoles. back in the Xbox 1 days here in australia we hosted our own servers with like a american dedicated or something stupid like a relay to america and back and allways had like .5-1 sec delay in Counterstrike. everytime i died i just blamed lag.

True Crime: Streets of LA

A fight with an assassin with a rifle. I shoot him in the head, the cutscene proceeds to tell me that he must have worn a vest, as he escapes. Apparently Headvests are a new piece of armor.

Guess what? I don't care. I hit a personal impasse and dropped the game. Simple enough.

On my latest playthrough of Mass Effect 2, I was constantly enraged by people making references to all the good work I'd done for the colony on Feros.

I hadn't. I shot them all in the face with a shotgun. There shouldn't have been anyone from the Zhu's Hope colony left except ExoGeni staff and Shiala (I left her alive simply because I was doing a 'pragmatic' playthrough, which has a worryingly strong correlation with Renegade options).

I was getting praised when I hadn't done anything praise-worthy. I wasn't getting angry over guilt, I was getting angry over the fact that nobody was recognising that I had worked long and hard to kill them all, and they were acting like it never happened with fake smiles and glassy, lifeless eyes.

Modern Warfare 2's multiplayer. Everyone who plays it becomes very, very angry, even whilst claiming to enjoy it

Losing your entire party in pokemon to a level 5 pidgey because it used sand-attack so many times that you became physically incapable of hitting it. It's happened to me, and it's not a moment I'm likely to forget.
Still on a pokemon note, seeing "can't escape" whilst trying to run from zubat. Every. Single. Sodding. Time.
hey take the put that line back as is. mw2 is crap. its overrated and just all around meh at best.

The broadcasting station level in CoD4 on Veteran will always be looked upon with anger filled memories. You have fought yourself almost to the exit when BAM! An idiot with a shotgun blasted your face off.

That is actually true.

It's petty, but the scene in Halo 3 at the end of the level The Covenant.

Here is the scene:

The Arbiter has just stabbed the final leader of his faction after being betrayed, Miranda Keys lays dead in Sergeant Johnson's arms and the destruction of the galaxy has been averted. Just as victory seams in our grasp, the Gravemind decides it's time to show it's true colors and renews it's war. The Arbiter and the Chief almost escape with Johnson, but are knocked to the ground. As the massive tentacles of the Gravemind sweep around them, the Arbiter and the Chief go back to back as the Arbiter laments, "We trade one villain for another."

EPIC BOSS BATTLE!!!

Wait..............."tentacles disappear and two generic enemies jump up" FUCK YOU BUNGIE!

I love Halo 3, but I literally scream at the missed opportunity every time I see that scene.

I just kept thinking to myself, no, this can't be the end. I didn't give up hope until I found myself back at the main menu, being prompted to start a new game...

Damn you Borderlands!

Playing Bad Company 2 on multiplayer, finally getting some kills in for once and racking up points like crazy, and then a few minutes before the match ends getting booted off the server so a VIP could have the slot.

>:[ I'll show you where you can put that VIP status....

Also, rigged boss fights that you have to lose. Way to make me waste all my pots only to find out I was supposed to die. GrrrrrRRRR

Seconded. All that build up and then what?

a five minute boss fight with mediocre loot
borderlands is by far easily the best shooter since system shock 2

the loot drops are based on how many players youhave in te game and what difficulty you are on.

God DAMNIT dormin, the sea is a wastleand away from here, if you meant "go north a bit" you should have said that! seriously, fuck this "art" bullshizz, If you me to explore your fucking wasteland with my own exploratory sense, spice the fucking place up, add some music, and don't bother with the hint.

Im not going to forgive this game. A game that wants you to explore should fucking reward you with powerups or some crap. but not a boring as hell wasteland.

The end to Assassins Creed 1.

All that work, see something interesting...and then a fade to black. Granted you can go back and look at it after but the initial end will always be up there.

On the SNES there was a simple game called Super International Cricket. I am not a fan of cricket but some reason I loved this game... mainly because you could hit a 6 every ball and make about 700runs.
Oh my god i think i love you. Rectly played Super International Cricket with a freind of mine, it's actually very good and a massive dose of nostalgia.

Also; "hows that? Hows that? Hows that? Hows that?" (if you've played it you know)
*Duck walks across the screen* quack quack! quck quack!

It seems like you missed out on one of the most epic chase scenes in Video Game History (in my mind at least) when the game reaches a level 6 wanted rating... holy shit it was intense and sooo damn fun. I needa play the part of the game again

I had my share of hectic chases, though. Very early on, before I even had access to the second area, I got into a chase that lasted over fifteen minutes; not only was I being chased constantly, but it also felt very claustrophobic because of the limited area.

Just thinking about it makes my shoulders ache...
