When I was younger I thought up some really weak sounding abilities, but if used right would be amazing. One I thought of was the ability to change any percent to another percent (as long as you know the first percent). I think I thought this up when I get back a history test or something and I was like, "wish I could change this..."

Still if you think about it, you could use it in a fight, like changing an attack that has a 100% chance of hitting you to 0.

Another useless super power:
The ability to give other people your super power to give other people your super power which consists entirely of giving them your super power to give other people your super opwer.

The ability to insta-kill touch someone. The kicker is that you have to touch them with your "junk". Plus it's an always active power.
