I got ninja'd on the first reply. That is amazing.

Anyhow, I'd have to go with Maximum the Hormone, I really like a lot of their songs, despite them being in Japanese.
Though it is easy to get away with singing along to them as they are percieved to an English speaker
e.g. This:
Damn it I spent like an hour searching for the one I wanted (F- Misheard lyrics) but it appears to have vanished from the interent =( It had this exact video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEu0JWiy85o but with misheard lyrics)
This will do:

Say what you will about the Japanese, they know how to make catchy melodies.

Huge fan of Yannagi Nagi/Gazelle

I'm a fan of J-pop, but I also like opera which is often in Italian or some other language I can't speak. Hell, even when it's in English I often can't make out what's actually being said.
And for an outside the box answer, I like instrumental music, which is in no language at all.

Well since someone already suggested Niyaz and Azam Ali (member of Niyaz; has produced excellent solo works) I'm going to go with Hanggai first:
And let's see what else...Ah! Värttinä:

I enjoy stuff in Russian, French, Spanish, German, Finnish, and some old dead language that I couldn't name for the life of me right now. I listen to a lot of folk metal, and a friend of mine has lived virtually everywhere in the world and has introduced me to some new music not in English (as well as a few Scottish bands I've never heard of (...and I'm a native Scot).

I listen to just about everything. Radio Tuna is great for finding new music in languages you don't understand. But, it is music, so who says you necessarily need to understand the lyrics to understand what the message is?

I honestly think this is a really beautiful song. I always feel a sadness when a hear it, as though good times are going to an end. Sort of like the last weeks of summer or the end of a great party with friends.
That whole first cd was awesome, I prefer little busters though.

OP, you managed to ninja me on both of your choices. Gangnam style is lulz and GitS music, from both the movies and SotC is awesome. So, I'll just put a extra GitS:SotC song, I'm sure noone will mind.

Except from that, I have a playlist dedicated to Touhou OST and remixes, a game series I've never played.

I have quite a bit of that, actually. I like a few songs by Falconer in Swedish, and I listen to Jean Sibelius' choral works in Finnish. I can also sing every Finnish section of every Ensiferum song I've heard to date.

Vintersorg and Cthonic are the two that spring immediately to mind. Sometimes it's better than listening to lyrics in English because there's no chance that some horribly cheesy cliche shite will mess up what is otherwise a very powerful piece of music.

No one seems to have mentioned Hall Om Mig, so I'll go with that:

Edit: I guess I don't know how to embed videos after all, so here's a link:
