Honestly, most of the demo didn't seem scripted to me anyway. Uncharted 3 already had contextual melee attacks (like when he slammed that guy's head into the dresser) and enemies yelling "He's out of ammo" when you....ran out of ammo. How much harder would it be to program them to charge you when you run out of ammo, or not to fire if you have a hostage?
The only thing that stood out to me was Ellie's interventions. They were very....Well timed. I'm still quite skeptical about that, but then again, there's nothing wrong with "scripted" if it's still good.
