Call me crazy, but hasn't gaming move on from "overly macho misogynistic wanker protagonists" to "overly macho, emo and gritty protagonists"? Like, Duke Nukem? Really? Unless this is a parody or ironic or something, I don't think I could handle it.
I mean, the video looks interesting and the game has potential to be certain, but this really does feel like a decade too late and doesn't seem especially innovative. Serious Sam types games are fun, but a touch old-school for my tastes.

But I'm still gonna get it and probably gonna enjoy the fuck out of it. I need an all-nonsense unbusiness like shooter. I love Reach and all, but barely any laughs built into the game on purpose. That game just looks hilarious.
Plus, I guess since I've been gaming for 3/4 of my life, I'm kind of obligated to own at least ONE game with a blatant dick joke.

As for everything else, well, I have SORELY been in need of one of those, as Yahtzee puts it, 'pure genocidal fun' shooters for a long time now. There is much win to be had here, if it holds true.

Looks like old school fast paced mindless kind of FPS. We need more of that these days. I'm tired of realistic shit with cover systems and that kind of crap.

So, they lead out with Duke pissing, followed by him drawing a penis, punching a crate for no reason, remaking a boss fight from Duke 3D then capping it off by self referential fourth wall breaking humour plus sexual innuendo.
In other words, they picked everything that would make for the worst possible "showcase" of this game. Sorry guys, but the fail is epic.
