THANK YOU! I was going to say the exact same thing! That show was amazing. And evidently, there's going to be a movie next year.Zalastia said:No one is going to mention Samurai Jack? come on people that was an amazing cartoon.

I loved that show, I guess it got cancelled though, I don't get to watch cartoons much anymoreJulyJonez said:A little last gen, but Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends made me happy.
Ren And Stimpy.Tagball said:Invader Zim was MUCH more disgusting than Billy and Mandy. One episode revolves around Zim stealing children's organs. Can't forget the fact that everybody is absolutely nasty, cheesy, crusty and has some kind of mental issue. Although that episode in Billy and Mandy, with Puddin getting killed made me laugh so hard my ears were leaking an unknown substance. Probably my Gray matter.Manhattan2112 said:Watching The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy now, I realize that a) there were a lot of jokes I just straight up wouldn't have found funny as a child that I do now (I.e. the entire episode about Blacula and Grim being lost in the desert), and b) It was probably the... I can't think of the right word, but like, the 'worst' cartoon network has ever gotten. Literally, on a network where they're not allowed to mention death and dying, your main characters include: The Grim Reaper, A very disturbing, shining-esque girl, and an entire cast of hell-themed demons. They really did it right. I was officially sold on the show when I saw the character, "Puddin' " get fucking MURDERED by a demon zombie rabbit. I mean... how could I have watched that and not had nightmares as a child. It was the most disgusting... violent scene from any 'children's' show... EVER.Tagball said:You summarized my thoughts on Cartoon Network completely.Aby_Z said:Flapjack is brilliant and Chowder is... decent. Those are the only 2 shows remotely worth watching on Cartoon Network now.
Oh, how I long for the days of:
Courage The Cowardly Dog
Dexter's Laboratory
The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy
Yes...The Powerpuff Girls, too.
Nothing on Nickelodeon is worth a damn. I can't wait to watch iCarly: Carly goes on more wacky adventures.
Drawn Together was the best children's show (kidding). Lordy, did that show suck.
No, I think you were spot on. That doesn't make it bad, but the show is handicapped in some brilliant ways. So's Batman's latest spawn, Brave and the Bold, which slaps most the heroes' collective personalities in the face and then has a musical episode that is so lame it's brilliant.Fappy said:Before I saw Super Hero Squad I thought it looked retarded... boy was I wrong.
Hell yeah. That show, Freakazoid, and Johnny Bravo where all amazing cartoons. Spongebob used to be quite funny as well, not sure if it still is or not. I started to get out of cartoons and I missed Billy and Mandy, but from what I've seen it was pretty good.Divine Miss Bee said:phineas and ferb. it's like family guy for children.
bt the best one already got cancelled. anyone remember the animaniacs?
I completely agree with that. Courage is brilliant. Dexter is incredible. And I never really got into the Grim Adventures but when I watched it I liked it...though The Powerpuff Girls made me want to commit suicide. I really didn't like it.Tagball said:Oh, how I long for the days of:

The Replacements is a show you must see, it's awesome, even the Norwegian dubbed version ^^Cheveyo said:I got bored with Oddparents for a while, but I've recently found some enjoyment from the show again... when I've managed to catch it on TV.Deadlock Radium said:"The Replacements" are awesome!
Also, Fairly Odd Parents too.
There are so very few American cartoons that can keep an adult entertained. It's a shame, really.
