How about Rogue from X-men? Her power is pretty much just mooching off everybody elses powers. Sure it would have its uses but your friends would probably get tired of you sucking the life out of them.

How bout that one black girl from Heroes who had muscle memorization? Her power kinda sucked compared to the others.
The power of super strength but that doesn't include the passive ability of keeping your ground. So you pick up an elephant and you fall through the ground.
Or Invincibility with the passive ability of shock absorb. so you survive the rocket in the nuts but you get blasted all the way to China.

- Sixpack can beat people up with broken liquor bottles and he is really drunk except anyone can do this so he fails.
Bueno Excellente is perverted though his enemies could easily ignore that or not care so he also fails.
The Defenestrator defenestrates except people can do this though depending on how you feel, the fact that he carries around a window all of the time might make you think he's a cool superhero.
Dogwelder can weld dead dogs onto people which could result in a traumatic experience and though it's pretty cool he's still a bad superhero.
Friendly Fire is a super hero who can shoot bolts of energy...except he only shoots them at his own teammates.
Jean de Baton Baton can give savage beatings with a baton and can blind people. He's probably decent assuming he could incapacitate people in his beatings which I'm not sure of.
Flemgem can blind and suffocate people with his phlegm which is kinda useful as he could probably defeat people so he isn't that bad.
And finally Shakes just upsets people with himself shaking so he is horrible.
