The writing is good.
The weapons are boring and generic.
The RPG elements were shallow.
The writing was really goddamn good.
It was really long so if you did like it then there was a lot of it for you.

she doesnt have to kill him, if you have your talking skill high enough them he can survive.
I left the guy there to die hoping that i might be able to kill her in a more "pleasant" way later in the game.

Ashley and Kaidan. And no, there's no realistic way to torture the former in-game, thanks to the fact that friendly fire is nonexistent.

I love the dialogue in Mass Effect. And the attention to detail is fantastic, as is the plot. But the combat is clunky and the micro-management bullshit is an endless bore. So no, you're not the only one who doesn't like it.

For some reason everyone seems to think Mass Effect is fantastic.
I on the other hand find it too repetitive and lacking any sort of actual action.
At the moment i am lost in C-Sec trying to find some guy, however the game gives no hint as how to find said guy and after about two days of searching i grew bored and sold the game.
So i ask you, what do you see in this game and is there anyone out there that agrees with me?

I've said it before, and I'm going to say it again... If video games have taught you anything it's persistence... Since that doesn't fit in this situation I'm going to say - be patient... But who am I to tell you anything... watch everyone else have fun. I don't give a shit...

Oh yes. I loved ME with a passion. Not that I consider it absolutely perfect or I can't understand people who don't like it or anything. So, am I a member of the official club[sub](TM)[/sub] then?

I LOVED Mass Effect. I actually bought it this summer and played it for the first time then. I quickly logged sixty hours on it in under two weeks.

Although I'm not a Nazi, like some people. I understand why some people don't like it. They want a more fast paced game, like Fallout 3 or CoD 4, both of which I also loved. I think it really nails the galactic secret agent thing. Biotics are fun, Tech powers are useful, and weapons work well.

I feel the same way about Mirror's Edge though. But gaming is completely opinionated, and everyone is entitled to their own.

He doesn't have to die... If your charm or Intimidate's up (very high) you can give him the ol' "fuck you! Do what I say!" and he'll step down... sweet.

the only problem I had was finding the person you needed to talk to when your in the city for the first time. I got so LOST. and my tv is A piece of shit so I cant read anything on the map.
