I read that they're using cartridges preloaded with all event-only legendaries. Given that, it's entirely possible. It would take some people who understand the games inside and out, and it would be challenging to catch the legendaries that randomly roam the in-game map, but it can be done.

I think they'll succeed.

Website says they are at 160 pokemon in 17 hours.

It look like they are playing nearly all the games, and can quite feasibly catch em all.

I am, somewhat unfortunately, a pokemon lover. So I'm familiar with all the games, and if they do it all right, it should be possible. But they all need to beat the game within 40 hours so the last 32 can be spent on capturing and training to evolve.

If you weren't trying to include Diamond and Pearl, I probably would have said yes, but some of those ones are so bloody obnoxious to try and get, its insane. Like Munchlax, if they aren't breeding a Snorlax, they are going to waste a bunch of time trying to find that bugger. I still never caught one of them, but that's because I usually just say "Slag it" after a few tries.

And here we run into the main problem with this plan. Some Pokemon are complete bitches that refuse to be caught. Took me hours and mountains of ultraballs to do it. And in the end I caught him in a bloody pokeball.

EDIT: They reset again. Mewtwo is kick their ass.

Since each is individually playing a game, yes. If they have to get them all onto one cartridge...That'll be tough, since trading takes forever. Well, maybe not Arceus.
