Poll: Catching all 493 Pokemon in 72 hours for charity.

I'm slightly confused. Do they just need to have all Pokemon between the group, or do they each need to have their cartridge with every possible Pokemon they can get? If it's the former, then I believe they can do that.

They cant seem to catch MewTwo at the moment.

And here we run into the main problem with this plan. Some Pokemon are complete bitches that refuse to be caught. Took me hours and mountains of ultraballs to do it. And in the end I caught him in a bloody pokeball.

EDIT: They reset again. Mewtwo is kick their ass.

I don't think they will be able to catch it since they have lost their Master Ball and have not trained their Pokemon well enough.

What did they spend their masterball on? I don't think there are any bastard Pokemon that run away in FireRed, so how did they use it?

There were. Depending on your starter you could get either Suicune, Raikou, or Entei.

Holy crap in a basket!? We're up to 493 of the little suckers? God I miss the days when it was just 151....when the Pokemon had a vague resemblance to animals...well most of them anyway.

True, but these guys will all specialize in their own game, and work together to catch 'em all. Unless I'm reading it wrong...

It look like they are playing nearly all the games, and can quite feasibly catch em all.

WAIT! They are playing SoulSilver and HeartGold, which are only in Japan... maybe they can nab Arceus if they are in Japan???

Hmm... but how would they get Darkrai?

Just been watching it, and they said they have them from the downloadable Japanese events.

But, it did take them about 3 hours to catch mewtwo... so maybe I over estimated them in a previous post...

Probably cause they didn't want to lose such a powerful legendary that would help them on their quest.

Then again, that decision wasted 3 hours...
