It's not possible without cheating. Some pokes can only be legitimately obtained during certain events in Tokyo and New York. Some can't even be obtained that way anymore. It's an impossible task, everyone knows that. Besides, they'll never find anyone who wants to trade for their awesome Bidoof.

All pokemon that are only attainable through events only will be pre-loaded onto one of the carts.

No, I'm afraid not. Red died in an explosion caused by Wario. It was quite sad, as he had recently caught a Jigglypuff for Luigi...the Jigglypuff perished in the explosion too.

And here we run into the main problem with this plan. Some Pokemon are complete bitches that refuse to be caught. Took me hours and mountains of ultraballs to do it. And in the end I caught him in a bloody pokeball.

I don't think they will be able to catch it since they have lost their Master Ball and have not trained their Pokemon well enough.

So you cheated. How can I support such a lofty endeavor when you don't even subject yourselves to the same rules as the rest of us are obliged to follow? How can you say that you actually caught the pokemon if you were handed them right away?

Well, it's the only way to catch em all(except trading, which is banned). And if you don't like their rules, don't donate! Simple!

I'm slightly confused. Do they just need to have all Pokemon between the group, or do they each need to have their cartridge with every possible Pokemon they can get? If it's the former, then I believe they can do that.

Not sure what they caught with the Master Ball, but the player only has Ultra Balls. So he must of used it already.
