...I have several, but they're in my parents attic now for a very good reason. I was showing my roommate one day my WW2 Officer's sword that my grandfather acquired somehow (probably not legally, knowing him) while his girlfriend was sleeping in the other room. Apparently she woke up and decided it would be a GREAT idea to tackle hug him. She doesn't see the sword, and the tackle hug happens. He ends up stabbing it into my bed, about one inch from my thigh. I learned that college students shouldn't be trusted with swords.

Yeah we've got a lot of swords around the house, some replica, some real, some ceremonial others practical. Dad has a 400 year katana that's pretty sweet.

But sorry zombie apocalypse, it's kabar knife, pump action rifle and crowbar time.

Yes, many. Also, on the topic of zombies, why does everyone try and go for the headshot? Take out the fucking legs! It's not about pain or glory, if you destroy the legs, guess what? They can't fucking walk!

They can still crawl and pose a (albeit minor) threat, plus it only takes one bullet for a headshot, whereas taking out a zombie's legs would require I believe more effort.

No, I do not own any weapons and to be honest, I find it a little unusual that so many of you do... though I guess, when I was an adolescent I did have a mild interest in weapons but it passed.
