None yet, but I've had my eyes on a few nice looking machetes at the army disposal.

I really wish to aquire a more fantastical sword though. For fun at parties.

A "chinese replica" sword and a Bokken. The sword is £20 Ebay tat and while it looks funky when sheathed, it's frankly pretty embarrassing to draw.

I have a few replica swords ... on a side note my grand dad was a black smith and weve had a few soldiers in my family including my dad who later went on to make grave stones.

dunno why I brought all that up heh

I voted 'Yes', not because I do (technically I don't), but because my family do. My late uncle was a big hoarder and travelled a lot (he was a journalist) so he had a lot of mementoes and whatnot that were in his house when he died. We found a lot of things there when cleaning it out to sell the house, and my family kept some of the things as reminders of him and to decorate the conservatory. One of these was a machete he used when trekking through the Amazon jungle years ago. It now hangs in it's leather sheath on our conservatory wall.

So yes, sort of, I (or at least, my family) do own a sword of some description :).

I own several, and not those cheap stainless steel knock-offs, either. I've got four functional pieces with live edges and heat treated carbon steel and my collection is expanding.

I got 2 spanish swords, don't know though from what decade or so.

I think one of the swords was a Captains sword.

I own a katana and a tisona, but neither is pretty sharp and I would feel unconfortable using a close range weapon against zombies.
