Am I the only one who thinks the MK ninjas would be massacred by the ninja's in the Naruto series?

MK ninjas may have fatalities and a few special moves, but that really doesn't compete with this guy:

It's hard to breath fire when you don't have a head. And much less impressive to kill someone when you're unimpaired and they're already at your mercy.

Oh, and straight up power? Cyrax's original fatality was blowing up the entire planet! Lets see those middle school pajama wearers top that

That's one of the most worthless abilities ever. And considering half his fatalities seem to involve killing himself for no reason, that's saying something.

Thus is where Noob Saibot, Smoke and Reptile come in.
Those 3 did some serious spying in the story mode. Mostly due to the Lin Kuei way of assessing situations. Hell even Sub-Zero got into the spying business for a bit in discovering Shao Khans true plan in using his older brother.

Cool, I hadn't known that.

I think the only thing I remembered about the story was the cyborg ninjas being able to track Shao Khan undetected because they didn't have souls.

Seriously, why is this even up for debate?

Because the Mortal Kombat players clearly don't read Naruto, and the Naruto readers clearly don't play Mortal Kombat.

Neither camp has proper ninjas, but at least MK's try. Not to mention, they are murderous. Naruto's bunch are cowardly children.

Secondly concerning blowing ones self up. Well considering he's a robot who has lost most of his prior will and his purpose is to eliminate the enemy at all cost, I've gotta say he pretty much fufilled his objective......with a smidge of colateral damage

Like Hidan? Shikamaru dealt with him pretty well (tricking him into killing his partner, blowing him apart, and trapping his head in a warded pit).

Well thank god I'm one of the exceptions. As much as I like Naruto for the story and soley because I hated it until the Akatasuki came in I can still be fair in my judgement.
However I kinda grew up with Mortal Kombat and it was my first ever Mature game at the age of 6

Hehehe Killing people was funny. Seriously I think there's something wrong when I constantly giggle and laugh at all the people I kill in a video game whether it be GTA, Mortal Kombat, Infamous (yes I spent most of my time beating civilians to a pulp for fun) or even Resident Evil.

If it's got gore and blood then it has the potential to make me laugh uncontrollably.

Yeah...I started playing MK when I was around seven, played a little bit of MK3, then kinda fell off the series. The gore doesn't interest me, and none of the gameplay has looked interesting enough for me to bother with, compared to my favored fighters. I can kinda say the same about Street Fighter, come to think of it.

Naruto, on the other hand...started reading it right out of college, and I like it quite a bit so far. Of course, I'm also something the internet says shouldn't exist (someone with no strong opinion on Sasuke one way or the other), so I might be an outlier of some kind.

Sorry, I didn't watch any Dragonball after the Frieza arc. I'd already moved on to Yu Yu Hakusho, Rurouni Kenshin, and Outlaw Star by the time they even started showing the Cell saga. ^^;

Closest I've come to the series in years is DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3...which is a blast, come to think of it.
